Intention to Delist

Further to the Company's announcement earlier today regarding the intended winding up of the Company this morning, the board of LB-Shell announces that the cancellation of its ordinary shares on the standard segment of the Official List of the London Stock Exchange, will be effective from 8.00am on 15 January 2019 ("Delisting").

Effect of Delisting

Following the Delisting, the Company's ordinary shares will no longer be traded on any regulated market. As a result, a holder of ordinary shares will not be able to trade its shares on the London Stock Exchange after 4.30pm on 14 January 2019. Shareholders should be aware that it is the Company's intention to appoint Administrators to wind up the Company. The Board does not expect that following the winding up of the Company, there will be any funds available to distribute to Shareholders.

The Directors will keep Shareholders informed once Administrators have been appointed to carry out the winding up of the Company.
