Purchase of shares by subsidiary undertaking

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. (the "Corporation") has been advised that on 15 April 2021, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation (Channel Islands) Limited purchased a total of 3,614 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Corporation.

Under the terms of a Trust Deed dated 23 April 2002, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation (Channel Islands) Limited was appointed trustee of The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. Employee Share Ownership Trust (the "Trust").

The shares were purchased at a price of GBP7.4825 per share

The purchase was a reinvestment of dividends received from shares held in the Trust under the Corporation's Deferred Share Bonus Plan.
