In my opinion, the Asia Headquarters do not exist and some has pocketed the £31 million.

Just a thought.

Plus, the divi is not 9%.

Anybody planning to visit the video conference AGM in London this Wednesday?
Unfortunately not able to make it myself but should there be any Shareholder left with the will to attend I would be grateful if Directors could be asked a few questions in an attempt to explain why the share value has fallen to almost a 3 year low.
The purchase of an Asian Headquarters in June 2015 at £31,100,000 holds many mysteries ie. who and how many staff occupy it? Are any parts let deriving a revenue income?
At the time of purchase we were told it was to take advantage and capitalise on growing opportunities in Asia. Further updates have been non existent other than within the last Final results where we are told International sales operations account for 7.7% of Group revenue down from 10.3% in the previous accounting period. Hardly an encouraging initial sign of a return on the huge investment.
Feel strongly that Shareholders should be entitled to more transparency on a number of issues with this Company. Finances for the Companies future are provided by ordinary shareholders not only controlling Family members!

Not that I am aware of. I would suggest it is most unlikely given their seeming disdain for shareholders generally.
