James Latham plc con rms that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2020, including the Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been posted to shareholders and is now available from the Investor Page of the Company's website: www.lathams.co.uk/investors.
The AGM will be held at Unit 1 Swallow Park, Finway Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 7QU on 2 September 2020 at 12.30pm.
