Wouldn't it be nice if they waited to do fund raise after the Assay results have been published from current program. They have funds to see through the current program. MRE probably heading towards 2moz open pit, low cost low'ish grade simple metallurgy processing.

Down to 30p on almost no volume (£2k trades) which tells me that no one is panicking and maybe a fund raising at 30p. Could be a great buy opportunity at this level.

Oh dear !

I tell you what, if I held this I'd be jumping for joy to get 30p this morning.

They have told you that a dilution is coming so why on earth would you not sell now and then buy back in after the placing ??

Mallorca. I have no idea what your intention here is but here's my take:

Yes, Landore's BAM Gold project is a low grade resource (nothing unusual) but what you fail to mention is that it is an extremely low Capex project as the current resource is near surface which has clearly been outlined in the PEA.

That is what is so attractive about it. Minimal investment is required compared to often complex to build high grade resources at depth that cost 100s of millions of dollars and several years before they see a dollar of income. That's why our all in costs are less than $800 an ounce, so risk is very very low and cash starts flowing in almost immediately with simple leaching processing.

The big plus however is that with this resource, apart from being open in all directions, the grades improve at depth so as with other similar geology, as you mine you find the source of the near surface gold, dig deeper and get higher grades and that is where the blue sky comes in and the mine becomes highly profitable.

So assuming we prove up 2m oz of 'low' grades in this campaign the blue sky is likely to be higher grade gold and 'free' cash for the eventual miner.

The most interesting development is the imminent fund raising news on Friday. You have put your negative take on it but if say 10% dilution (just a guess) gives say a 25% increase in resource (another half a million ozs) it is worth it and could be a real gamechanger.

With 2m oz proven we'd probably attract a mid tier producer who would really like the low capex required mentioned above. At 3m oz plus with blue sky we could attract a major cash rich producer. Soil sampling suggests multiple repetitions of mineralisation over several kms. Those in the know will understand the true potential here. It's just a case of how long they wait before they have to pay too much for it. One buyer is all we need, but you only need two potential buyers to start a bidding war.

I have been in LND from the very beginning and i'll admit its been tough over the years, but recent progress has been excellent and the fact that Eric Sprott is now on board gives me real confidence that we are getting ever closer to the end game.

Some of what you have said is worthy of acknowledgement-maybe 5 %. Advising people to sell shows yr hand. Don't intend to feed yr negativity so let's see where we are in a few weeks. Lots of positives to this action that yr probably aware of. Negative views are fine if constructive.

I know many here will be underwater and are desperately hoping for a chance to get out - although they won't admit it.
The bottom line for me though is the very poor grades of 1g per tonne.

If this project ever reaches the stage of an economic feasibility study for mine construction (still probably years away) then it will certainly in my view be shelved at that point as mine construction for these grades will not be feasible.

Until then the Directors will continue to milk it for all its worth with a new fund raising every 6 months .

What some here have to grasp is that sure, the Market Cap may increase but the share price will go lower and lower with each placing.

You could in a couple of years see a Market Cap of £50m but with a share price of 2p.

If I were holding here I would cut my loses tomorrow morning.

Yes Jack!! Keep it going and expanding our resources that show our efforts to be more than worthwhile to say the least!!
I hope they make a it a good one that will give us a couple of years freedom to get our business done and get some idea of the true size of what we can develop!!
However here are other possibilities too that we should keep aware of!!

I think the consensus is a placing is coming. If so let's have it done ASAP and move on. Positives from it will be further drilling and a potential to increase the resource further. Fair play to those who spread the doubt. Its the way it works in exploration.... And some people getting the nod and leaking it. I'm not concerned and there may be a decent buy opportunity.Just needs sorting quickly.

We're being hunted people! Don't take the bait!! We're fluent as far as we're concerned and will get the April results before we have any placing!! If we ever need another placing??
Ride the pressure and go with the Gold!!
That's what this nonsense is all about!!
We will see the share price rise soon enough!!
