I think you'll find that the placing will happen very quickly - perhaps this coming week.

They will want to take advantage of the recent price rise.

I'd guess a placing at around 20p .

A decent price should anyone be interested in bidding for our little Gold Mine Etc is 500-700p a share!! Sounds very reasonable to me!! But must be in before April or could be much more than this bargain price!!

Given the circumstances - if there is to be a Placement - wouldn't the ethical thing be to suspend trading of the stock until the issue is fully clarified?? Even if that's weeks or months ahead??

Appreciate over time it'll even itself out - but short term with it now being public knowledge of a possible/likely Placement + inevitable uncertainty of level it is bound to see the price be hammered down far lower than it would normally be with fundraising being organised 'behind closed doors'?

Obviously the best junior gold stock is Greatland Gold where, right at this moment , you can buy in almost at the recent £112k purchase made by the CEO which was 22.8p.

So, you can actually increase your number of shares !

That one is only going one way ..... up.

I'd get out of this one quick ---- significant dilution ahead.

Personally if I were underwater here , I'd switch straight into Avon Rubber, Serco , or Venture Life Group ..... my biggest holdings at the moment.

I think so called 'investors' have been getting their Warrants excercised (as per recent RNS's) and dumping them for a quick profit hence these falls.

These will likely be clients of our broker who they used for the last placing so no long term loyalty or interest in Landore.

As Chutes says, a nice opportunity to add at these levels.

Mall the troll!! We may not have had cash but we can get investment and cash when needed!! 15 years of what??
Gold and other much sought after minerals are cash!! Is that not right??
Money makes money and we have it in the bank at Junior lake Ect!!
We are moving at a faster rate than most and making good discoveries all the time!!
Investor won't be sitting on their hands and know there will be moves to get the best share price they can! We are as everyone knows far below valuation!!
Your 20p will never happen and we're lucky to still have the opportunity to to take advantage of these lows! 40p+ is not far away as you will see very soon!!

LND - £33.5mln mkt cap

Given current resources and exploratory activity, which do I feel can go 4x,5x,8x, 10x?

Will see where they both are in 3,6,12 months from today
