17/5/2016 08:18 | Slater got his work cut out for him! What a dump.... | napoleon 14th
17/5/2016 08:17 | Too much for me I'm out. | blueball
17/5/2016 08:12 | Been lied to by the management here over the last couple on RNS with 'in line' updates.I'm gone! | mattafc
17/5/2016 07:47 | More pain , some regeneration projects below margin, £2M hit to EBITDA, debt £22M from £21M cash | nw99
16/5/2016 23:06 | I get a feeling a lot are watching from the side lines. with a bit of luck a good sized spike tomorrow. (fingers crossed) | igoe104
16/5/2016 20:14 | Watching with interest at atm, may take a position depending on the results, I don't believe what the management said, especially when they said that the profit is usually second half weighted. Hope it all goes well tomorrow | modform
16/5/2016 18:58 | Interim results out tomorrow. | vfast
29/4/2016 13:20 | Is there a possibility with a EPS 9.89p that they may revise the forecast dividend of 3.5p? | vfast
29/4/2016 07:59 | According to Last RNS everything in line with revised figures. EPS 9.89, p/e 5. So more good news than bad, me thinks. | igoe104
28/4/2016 18:59 | Personally as a non holder I didn't pick up on the Stuart Black RNS until now but can't say that I'm surprised. Only met him once but can't say that I was impressed. He struck me as someone better suited to private equity than with the extra communication skills required to run a public Co. IMHO I wouldn't be surprised to see the 17th to be used as an opportunity to flush out all the bad news to then look to reestablish shareholder confidence. | alphabeta4
27/4/2016 13:12 | Following dlku’s comments, I wager that by Christmas the share price will be lower than today's by some margin. I am concerned with the hope held by a number of contributors regarding this. Please remember that, in an interview with The Telegraph, Rawlings cited a ‘serious governance deficit’ rather than cuts to social housing budgets for the poor performance. Rawlings has also said that the ‘regeneration arm’ of the company was going backwards. Rather than question what he actually means by these statements, it appears they have simply been ignored. From what I am informed they are somewhat understated and the board was aware of these issues long before the company floated. If what I am told is correct, should these issues become public knowledge the current share price will look attractive. Be warned. | diduno
22/4/2016 15:54 | dlku 18 Apr'16 - 15:34 - 538 of 549 0 0 edit i wager that Rawlings will kick black out on his jacksie before christmas dinner is on the table The bean counter will be out fairly sharpish Bean counter next to get his gizard cut out by Rawlings. First cut is the cheapest. | dlku
22/4/2016 15:49 | Not all FDs are natural CEOs and I think that he appears to be a very good FD so would prefer recruiting a very good CEO to go with if necessary. I am sure that they will be working to a plan | davidosh
22/4/2016 10:51 | Could offer the CEO position to the FD to keep him? | nurdin
22/4/2016 00:44 | I do not remember the FD stating that he would resign but he certainly said he was against the resolutions to appoint new directors. As an employed board member with his boss who was executive chairman in the room with him I do not think you would expect him to state anything less ! The FD is highly respected and I know the new board would not want him going anywhere so I do not think you should get overly worried that there will be further changes to the executive board but I do think they will look to appoint someone as a replacement. Still early days as they say. | davidosh
21/4/2016 23:19 | Agree nurdin but wonder if the FD who said at the Mello event that if the new Directors were appointed he would resign will do that...the way I read the RNS suggests he is staying | cerrito
21/4/2016 12:30 | CEO departs..inevitable. | nurdin
19/4/2016 15:41 | Slater Investments (@SlaterInside) tweeted at 3:34 p.m. on Tue, Apr 19, 2016: Lakehouse EGM requisition. Very strong shareholder support led to a great outcome. ( | aishah
19/4/2016 09:36 | Picked up a few. Hope to get my money back! | napoleon 14th
19/4/2016 09:13 | Good to see peace finally breaking out and common sense taking hold. If LAKE continue to confirm they're on track to meet forecasts of 9.89p EPS this year - not to mention the 3.5p dividend - then a doubling of the share price from here is likely. Next year's forecast (to 30/9/17) is 10.88p EPS with a 3.9p dividend. | rivaldo
18/4/2016 20:21 | Hopefully once the new team are bedded in we should see some stability all round, and more confidence from PI`s and funds. If forecasts are correct, these could easily hit the £1 and beyond, and they are the revised forecasts. Lake are on a p/e of less than 5. Extremely cheap. | igoe104
18/4/2016 18:39 | Great to see them settle their differences for now and of course the increase in the share price is also most welcome. | battlebus2 |
