stephen1946 - i dont agree, i think local taxation is an excellent idea, i work in the business and have done for over 10 years, local taxation gets rid of the 2 bit operators as long as the local government IP block ect.

Poolies3 - I agree great results and this is no longer the same company as it was in the past, people need to understand that now with Coral the will have serious power when negotiating marketing/media deal and deals with old and new suppliers.

We hit 140p based on the deal so no reason why is cannot over time get back to those levels and beyond.

TrentEndBoy - i think i hav ebene pretty lucky nice to be in profit, this time next week we are ex div so lets see what happens would be nice to get this above 100p before then and maintain that price for a bit.

Some nice buys Shaun - your calls on LADS have been decent in the past - it is looking tempting at these prices but the track record is poor.

TrentEndBoy it is totally possible that in the short term this could be purchased outright, look at the % owned by Teddy.

Nobody thought the Paddy Power deal would happy.

Possible. The coral deal makes sense but someone might want to take the lot.

The sector will continue to reduce to a small number of massive players due to simple network economies.

Wow that is confidence! Good luck with it. Do you have a stop loss and target price in place?I'm not sure I could have that much invested in one share I would not be able to concentrate on anything else!I would like to get back in here and will if there is a general market collapse which takes this under 90p. The reduced dividend is still reasonably high at that level and from here the Coral integration should start to show through in results so it won't be under £1 for long.

Ifs, buts, and maybes though isn't it! If there is a second bout of "panic" like on Monday (and I think there will be that didn't feel like capitulation) I think this will be sub 90p and I will be back in again.But as the last few weeks have shown I'm not necessarily very good at this game :-)

think today will be the day when i take the plunge, this is looking really nice to trade 2- 3% just about getting in at the right price, this time i will not let my greed take over, if i have sold at 140 i would have banked a £18,864.42 profit but i let it drift down in the hope of a bounce.
