Kromek (AIM: KMK), a worldwide supplier of detection technology focusing on the medical, security screening and nuclear markets, is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on Friday 12 February 2021 regarding the conditional Firm Placing, Directors' Subscription and Open Offer to raise up to GBP13.0 million before expenses, the Circular has now been posted to Shareholders.
