The ED note also had fair value of 36p in lieu of contracts so I was on the money.

Yes I know, but in this note they are pretty cautious re: imminent large deals, i.e "DS3 could generate sales of >100m in the next decade"; "we believe there is a good chance of supplying literally 100ks more units over the coming years", (re: D3S city roll out) "if such a landmark deal was secured (as we suspect it might), say towards the back end of this fiscal year" - all implies that any deals may be a while yet, and may not be one huge deal

Thats hard to do without any ammo though.

If they were going to get a big payday from the US gov it would have happened by now.
There is clearly a stumbling block.

Also there would be significant money pouring in if such an order was incoming.
Its as flat as a witches tit.

At 36p the share was fully valued until the next contract arrives, the results took the wind out of the upwards momentum hence the share price is now likely to drift a little while we wait for contract news. How much it drifts will depend on how long we wait. Just need to have some patience for the huge rewards, these are hugely complex deal structures
