Issue of Options

KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM) the technology and software investment company that focuses on risk management for capital markets, announces the issue of a total of 180,719 options ("Options") to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to employees of the Group and Kim Suter, CFO of the Company under the Company's Employee Share Option Plan.

Of the total of 180,719 Options issued, Kim Suter has been issued 17,979 Options on the same terms as all other employees. Following this issue, Kim Suter will have 371,466 Options over Ordinary Shares representing 1.39% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

The Options are exercisable at 36.5 pence, will vest over a 30 day period and will expire on 12 January 2031. The Options are not subject to any vesting conditions as the options were awarded for salary sacrifices undertaken by all employees as part of the Company's cost reduction actions.

Following this announcement, there is a total of 3,884,435 Options over Ordinary Shares representing 14.54% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
