08/11/2007 18:49 | so it's now coming up to six months from the time KPR trading eas restored.... now that everything seems to have been settled with CVA creditors then KPR can concentrate fully on the existing business .... so, tiltonboy, have you received any 'vibes' as to what more specifically the raised funds are going to be channeled in to....? | don muang
05/11/2007 12:56 | tilton.... hi ..... well, I thought their luck had changed.... then the late two goals happened... !!! All it needs now is HK fundraidsing to fall thru. Lost money on this (KPR) earlier.... but looks possible to make it back now depending on what they do with fundraising proceeds.... ... if share price of KPR does anytime soon what TER has done over last couple of trading days then I'll be happy. | don muang
05/11/2007 11:55 | Anyone still monitoring this.....??!! If so, any thoughts on the unsecured loan stock convertible into new ordinary shares at 1.1p per share? Presumably as the fund raising is in order to progress KPR's 'stated strategy', then we can expect another RNS in the foreseeable future... PS: The 1.1p transaction this morning appear to be buys.... | don muang
11/4/2007 08:12 | 2p or not 2p... whether it is nobler to hold 'em or flush them down the toilet .... exceptionally 'nice' of the company to attribute the problems on the death of the Company's CEO .... they could certainly worded that part of the RNS with a little more thought .... but perhaps that was the problem with the rest of the management (.... lack of thought !!). not one of my better investments .... let's hope I get the chance to use it to offset CGT gains.... | don muang
24/12/2006 17:22 | Let's hope the re=listing of this share comes as soon as possible in the New Year. Merry Xmas & Happy New Yeat to all (ANY?) readers of this thread | don muang
21/9/2006 07:46 | Temporary Suspension RNS Number:2663J KP Renewables PLC 21 September 2006 21 September 2006 Suspension of trading on AIM KP Renewables plc (the "Company"), the AIM-quoted UK aggregator, investor, and developer of independent green energy projects, announces today that it has requested a suspension of the trading of its securities on AIM. The Company is currently evaluating a number of options regarding its financing and the best means of executing its strategy for the benefit of shareholders. At the time of its admission to AIM in July 2005 the Company had raised sufficient working capital for its then current requirements which it had estimated at #2.85 million to December 2006. In order to fund its continuing working capital needs the Company will need to arrange additional financing and it is currently evaluating a number of options. The Board has concluded however that it is appropriate to seek a suspension of trading of the Company's securities on AIM until such time as a further announcement can be made regarding the Company's financing. The Company confirms that pending clarification of its financial position, there will be a delay in the preparation of its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2006, which is required by the AIM Rules to be published within three months of its period end. The Company is therefore unable to publish its interim results, but will seek to publish them in due course. | don muang

17/3/2006 10:02 | £5M grant for the Wave Dragon project 10 miles off Milford Haven. This is madness. I sail these waters and I agree with MTGlass: this device won't last 10 minutes out there - the power of the Atlantic is just awesome. The tragedy is that the power-brokers in the Welsh Assembly removed a £1m grant from a very promising tidal turbine project off St David's last year and gave it to Wave Dragon - they'll be sorreeee!! Incidentally this has set back the chance of St David's becoming the first proper city on earth to be self sufficient in energy. | shavian
15/12/2005 14:27 | Even in the biggest version, how does such a small head of water (from a storm-tossed shallow reservoir) produce anything worthwhile?? And do those lengthy deflector booms really survive more than 10 minutes in a storm? I am a great fan of renewable energy but finding it hard to take this one seriously. The forces at work on the joints between booms and main body must be huge. And all restrained by wires? | m.t.glass
