FLFL will also subscribe within 6 months for a further 63.5m shares ??? So with a total of over 105m shares to be added to the 313m soon . The dilution is just getting started as lots more shares over the next 4 years ( that's if Koovs don't run out of money ) .. Shocking lack of news from Koovs & the forever diluting Mary Turner lol .

HT Media on the 21st August have subscribed for 42.84m ordinary shares at 10p . This being the first of many tranches and Koovs will release a further announcement in due course . Hopefully news soon on the new shares ? KOOVS always delay everything so we could be in for another wait lol

The market is waiting for the new shares from both Future & HT to be added before Koovs will RNS us some news & I believe just over 100m shares will be added before the update statement. It's a shame we have more dilution on the way as Lord Alli has done nothing other than dilute us private shareholders over the years

We just had an RNS on trading on the 4th September & the share price is still up over 100% from the 5p share price in April

Don't expect any news before December from this Koovs.con company and yes more dilution on the way as over 100m shares will hit the market by then

I had the usual BS reply last week & this company have failed to reply to my question on why the 42m shares at 10p have been delayed & still not added to LSE shares in issue . Let's just hope Mary Turmer does not spend the funds like water this time round lol

The numbers here are truly awful, company will burn through recents raised fund very quickly, expect another cash call in dec can't see this surviving in present form way overvalued at current price.
