17/11/2017 22:21 | A good insight from elsewhere. BwanaMakubwa 420 posts RE: Another down round Hi Putney lad. To answer your questions: 1.Fundraising-is ongoing, but delayed due to complexity at the investor end. 2.We shall wait and see, but personally I do not care about the price the money is raised as long as they get it. I am a huge long term buy of the shares and buy at these levels-I have an increasingly large six figure number of these shares. 3.Of course this will happen with funding uncertainty, demonitisation etc. Good news-buy more. 4.HT Media sold some shares ages ago. All other instos are intact. 5.They will probably give one once completion of funding is announced. 6.Not a worry it is launched now with I think over a thousand items. 7.Inevitable at this early stage. 8.The selling is there call-I have always been a very patient long term investor. There will be further dilution and share price volatility-people who do not like those facts are right to sell for peace of mind. | putneylad66
17/11/2017 15:51 | I think the problem here is that there is no confidence from the market - probably because the business has fallen away from the original plan quite significantly. Revenue is lower than was expected (we mostly know why) and as such profit is falling into future years. This means that an RNS that says 'we're in the final stages of securing our funding' is viewed as 'we still haven't got funding' and the price falls more than 10pc again. The price just continually falls away month after month. The only thing that will stop this and reverse the trend is a solid statement that fund raising is secured for the medium term at least. This in turn requires a good set of revenue figures and solid statement on cost control. Why would a big investor come in now without this reassurance when they can buy in in 6 months time at half the price?I'm in with a serious loss and as stated before sitting in the background (this post excepted). I think the Board understand all of this far more than me and are furiously trying to do all of this because they care about their own money as much as mine. The big question and the one that they are keeping way too quiet on is whether they are close to delivering these cost and revenue figures. If they are why would they keep quiet about it with the share price performance? I remain invested but not with much confidence....... | mktommo
17/11/2017 09:40 | I personally would not touch this nowIf you are looking for an outstanding company where you will make massive short term gains, you may wish to have a research into TERN over the weekend. This is an outstanding opportunity and is rare on AIMIts the only one I can compare to an ASOS in the making. You can all thank me later.Good luck in what ever you decide to do | goldfinger_1964
16/11/2017 19:58 | And the handful of Indians who actually purchase online aren't interested either | mister md
16/11/2017 19:54 | Thought I'd take another look at this one, read the Final Results, then decided to stay well clear. Awful. People mention the billions of potential customers whilst only a few million actually buy online at the moment in India. Will probably await next years Finals before reassessing | mister md |
