06/12/2019 10:37 | Warning to any genuine investor harebridge is now working under StockTracker on LSE posts HE IS A DESPERATE RAMPERER TRYING TO EXIT - He has pumped and dumped 3 times already this week as he knows KOOVS are going BUST | jackson83
06/12/2019 10:36 | There was suggestion on LSE that shareholders would never vote through a lowball offer for the company of anything less than 15p a share. Really? If the company runs out of cash, if there's no plan b and if the company is unable to continue as a going concern (as it has already warned shareholders may soon be the case)... If the only options being presented to shareholders were (a) accepting the lowball offer, or (b) the company goes bust and shareholders are left with nothing... I doubt very much shareholders would turn down the offer, even if it was just 1 or 2 pence per share? ie, if it's a choice of shareholder wipeout or salvaging at least a small amount back per share, shareholders I would have thought would vote overwhelmingly in favour of accepting the offer, irrespective of how paltry the offer was? It is FLFL who holds all the aces here imo. | philobeddoe
06/12/2019 10:30 | It is a pitty that one can not short using limited risk spread betting. Only professional clients with 50k or more can short. Sucks the new rules mean that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. | abeygale
06/12/2019 10:30 | You seem to have a massive vendetta against Koovs. You are not Paul Scott by any chance, or somebody connected to him? | harebridge
06/12/2019 10:27 | Why did Koovs not fold last year when it was on its knees in a far worse off position? | harebridge

06/12/2019 10:24 | Best to let them ramp it and then take the share price lower as they sell :)We can buy more shares cheaper ...that's if you buy the story that funding will be done To me it is a dead cert and I'm a big buyer here and holder GLA | stark industries

06/12/2019 09:44 | "Shareholders should be aware that in the event that the Company is unable to secure the further funding from FLFL or through alternative sources, it may no longer be able to trade as a going concern." From this RNS it is clear that the company is running out of cash. If they can raise some money it will be at a significant discount and it they can't, they are not a going concern anymore. | infoanish
06/12/2019 09:34 | Careful ramped dog here | jammydodger1
