Nothing new in the report as far as I can see. Although publication on the day of the Californian budget gives me hope that there won't be any cuts in its service. I do note the following.

California’s groundbreaking commitment in the
US to deliver open access, State-funded support for young people is a unique approach and looks unlikely to be repeated elsewhere in the US

So this gives me the view they don't really know where growth is coming from.

The contract runs until 2027 but can be cancelled by either party at any time without penalty. It was almost cancelled this time last year, May is when the annual budget is reviewed. The Pennsylvania contract was cancelled. Also there is not an uplift in money until they reach over 300,000 users. The Californian contract accounts for 60%+ of total revenue.

Yes your right its does say in the text. So is the current contract with California valid until 2027? If the California contract isn't renewed presumably we will see a big drop in revenue going forward ?

If you are really interested in the long term however, you may like to note that kooth is pursuing the state of Vermont as a possible expansion of Soluna.

It's closed. He says in the text. Anyway it's not important. What's important is the 14th May, that's when the Californian budget is published in detail and will tell us if the kooth contract is alive or dead and IMO is what's causing the price suppression.

Looking very bearish, down to 120p

I noticed NakedTrader has a stop at 115p, I wonder if he's already sold. Small stock and not very liquid means price likely to fall in these uncertain times.
