Still holding 100% and still think it's going higher short term, .3 seem like its happy medium. Betting on a quick update like he suggested by being able to stay in contact as in payment complete and draft sent and that should send it to .39 and signed and delivered licence around .6.

Still looks bullish to me, think yesterday has factored in a stable government with the payment being requested, its just gone back to where it was before the second coup, once the draft has been sent to PM another jump, staying in balls of steel because there looks like 100% more to come.
