i had an email from someone who used to be close to the company and he said their results are late. I reckon the fundraising is not going as they would like and they are delaying so they can announce the fundraising to cover another bad set of results

Why would you think the figures are going to good? They havent announced any major contracts (and if they did I wouldnt believe them!)

Brought in at 2. As the CEO has paid up to 3.25, think its a fair risk. ANY share movement in excess of 40% (up) 1 day, and lower by 27% the next leaves a nett increase of 13%. Gut instinct, maybe, but don't be surprised if a bid comes along!! lol
