We'll all know when to run.

....... when pillow tells us his dealer mates are just about to pile in.

He still pops on VOG whenever a dodgy RNS is put out - ramping as ever.

this is going up only because of the followers of walters. it was probably leaked that he would be writing about them hence the pick up before.
Why cant some of you people wearing rose tinted specs see that the company is spending a lot of money and isnt selling anything!!!!

Highly Geared - Thanks. I did wonder why people were buying this.

Has Mike considered the fact that a company that appears to be unable to make any money at gross level has no chance of making anything after deducting substantial admin charges, or does he consider that COGS will drop significantly(and why)?

Did he provide much financial info, or was it a classic MW bluesky story?

bluenose, slapdash. Are you PI's or pro's? You both have an agenda, what's the reason?

Shares have moved today due to article written by Mike Walters on his site last night, suggesting they were a speculative punt (on the MiFID announcement) but still risky. Seems a few have taken the plunge this morning.

bluenose, I've had a little look at Proquote and Royalblue. How much did the LSE pay for Proquote and is there any info out re either companies' contracts with whom and charges?

The shares seems to be moving up on the MiFID announcement.
There seems to be a lot of confusion around MiFID which I understand is a European Directive for the securities industry. There are rumours that this will create greater transparency in markets but force brokers to ensure their syatems are compliant Does anyone know about this and when it is due to come in?

Thanks Bluenose. Sory about the Brum thing, but with a simple change of suffix you could be a lot happier - with Cardiff's Bluebirds.

Looking back at the RNSs I see its not an Ant Hunt, but an Anthony Cross and I don't know if its the same person, but there was an Anthony Cross who contributed along with aother 149 "masters" to The Global-Investor Book of Investing Rules, something on The investment attractions of intellectual capital. I've not read it, and yup I agree with you that names / funds get it wrong big time time after time. Topped up a little today, but shall keep a low profile now, read through the threads and wait for results & if they don't go bust or dilute I may add, or possibly not.

Warning to anyone reading: QQ invests and then researches. However, it is generally perceived advisable to research first.

Thanks bluenose. I see from their website that they offer a brandless product. Any idea who is competing for a no brand / your brand market, i.e. where the provider provides the service / terminal and broker or spread better etc. puts their name on it, and do they have any of these sort of clients yet?

On shareholders: do HSBC, Chase, Barclays, Finn, Sinjal & Bluehone still hold? The latter sounds a little like you - any connection? Who is Anthony Hunt? Any idea why or for who Global Value keep adding? A quick google suggests that they are Singapore based discretionary managers for institutions.

I used to watch KTS as I used their free service many years ago before I found ADVFN and once thought of buying into their IPO, but didn't. For a while I watched to see if the price would reach the magical figure to trigger some nice surprises for original directors, but then lost interest and haven't followed the full saga and politics of the co. Wouldn't mind reading a summary if you know it. Finally took the sub 1p plunge a few weeks ago, but in a small way for fun and was surprised by today's rise (and whilst celebrating am chosing to delude myself by ignoring the appalling spread). I'm generally cynical and suspect the worst, but am keen to see if I am throwing away my money or not?

What is the basic game plan. Is it keep improving the product on tight margins whilst just surviving until the product begins to annoy the bigger opposition who then buy it out? Or, what?

Any ideas or comments cyncial or otherwise appreciated

looked at major shareholders. Most seem to be nominees so i can only guess they are just clients that have bought in from these companies when they raised funds over the years. Some unhappy punters!!!
Never heard of Tony cross either. Pinter is obvioulsy the MD

ZZzzzzzzzzz.....

LISTS PLEASE:-

Should know better than to ask for info on these threads, but can anyone kindly list:

a) opposition / competition

b) current shareholders - I've had a look at RNSs, last year's AR and ADVFN's L2 extras and am puzzled as to who are all current 3%+ holders.
