Issue of shares following completion of the acquisition of Fraser Brown Solicitors

Knights, one of the UK's fastest growing legal and professional services businesses, announces that a total of 680,911 new ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Shares") have been issued in connection with the completion of the acquisition of Fraser Brown Solicitors.

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of these 680,911 Shares, which is expected to occur on 1 April 2020. Following admission, Knights will have 80,455,090 Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
