Knights also announces that it was notified on 19 March 2020 that following the payment of the dividend payment of 0.6p per share, which was declared in the half year results on 15 January 2020 and paid on 16 March 2020, the SIP trustee has re-invested the dividend by purchasing 1,634 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 378 pence per share on behalf of participating employees.
