AGM Statement and Notice of Results

A good start to the year

Knights, one of the UK's fastest growing legal and professional services businesses, today holds its Annual General Meeting at 9:30am at Knights Plc's offices, The Brampton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 0QW.

At the AGM the Group's Chairman, Bal Johal, will make the following remarks:

"The Board is pleased to report on the Group's continued momentum. The Group has had a good start to trading in the current financial year and the Board is confident of delivering on market expectations for the full year.

"The Group confirms that it will provide an update on trading for the half year to 31 October 2019 on 21 November 2019, ahead of reporting its half year results on 15 January 2020."
