25/9/2021 07:13 | Do you wonder why it is drifting? The oil industry will be the loser of the energy transition, says Jampel, whose $187-million hedge fund is focused on shorting the most overvalued and vulnerable stocks in the carbon value chain, such as producers, transporters, marketers, processors, and users of oil, natural gas, and coal.https://oilpric | goodday1

23/9/2021 17:47 | ...Not much for me to add save for reiterating my strongly held view that 260p was a total aberration and I wouldnt say that 332p is expensive, there is still plenty of upside about which I will ask Andrew Austen when I interview him in a few weeks time… | thefartingcommie
23/9/2021 17:20 | thefartingcommie thanks for posting. Was the last paragraph your opinion as I can’t see it within the link you shared? | davidbennett
23/9/2021 16:20 | Kistos has announced that, following a planned four-week maintenance shutdown previously announced by the Company on 1 September 2021, the TAQA operated P15-D platform has resumed normal operations. In turn, this has allowed the resumption of gas export from the Q10-A gas field, which is operated by Kistos with a 60% working interest. Commenting, Andrew Austin, Kistos’ Interim CEO, said: “I am pleased that TAQA has completed maintenance operations at P15-D on schedule and that we have been able to restart production from Q10-A on time. This and our on-going drilling programme, which includes work designed to enhance output from the Q10-A area, will allow us to realise enhanced returns from the prevailing gas prices during the remainder of 2021 and into 2022.” Not much for me to add save for reiterating my strongly held view that 260p was a total aberration and I wouldnt say that 332p is expensive, there is still plenty of upside about which I will ask Andrew Austen when I interview him in a few weeks time… | thefartingcommie
23/9/2021 07:15 | Q10-A production resumes - Does this mean another spike? Higher SP? Bliss.... | fandagle
22/9/2021 10:14 | Over on LSE there has been some speculation that AA could go for a reverse takeover of SQZ. Seems too big to swallow but look at what he did with RockRose! I think IOG would be more likely even though AA has been there before... | bountyhunter
22/9/2021 10:10 | A bit of profit taking? No surprise there, but there must be something in the pipeline other than gas behind yesterday's rise? 😉 | bountyhunter
21/9/2021 20:43 | That one certainly used to be shifty but doing ok recently although still well below historical levels. I'm happy with KIST. | bountyhunter
21/9/2021 20:19 | It doesn't, Bh. One's shifty the other's very shifty. | fardels bear
21/9/2021 18:18 | Yes it doesn't get much better than this except for that meteoric Rockrose rise, one person in common of course and he has got it right so far here as well, long may that continue, news tomorrow? Re IOG I thought it was out of the gates earlier but just the spread changing, I think the wide spread must be putting buyers off there for now but I expect a tick up sooner rather than later. As for SQZ that may close above £2 tomorrow unless a new supply of gas suddenly appears which seems unlikely (at least until we see first gas from IOG! ;) | bountyhunter
21/9/2021 17:17 | Enjoying this ride! Surely IOG will get noticed next? | hiddendepths
21/9/2021 17:16 | A UT at the end took the price down 8p but that can be ignored. | bountyhunter
21/9/2021 17:14 | Not many companies like those but I have high hopes for IOG with first gas due Q4 21. | bountyhunter
21/9/2021 16:08 | Slightly ironic as I sold SQZ to buy KIST last November. Bought SQZ at 55p sold at 115p out of boredom, luckily put it in here and have done very well. Agree SQZ looks a solid investment and I should not have sold. Strong rise today for sure. | fozzie
21/9/2021 15:53 | Ash may have left at the wrong time (although SQZ is another good choice imho). Kist is going ballistic, must be more than the high gas price surely, news soon? | bountyhunter
21/9/2021 15:47 | Thanks for letting us know ash. | fozzie
21/9/2021 15:42 | I am out of Kist today - bought into Serica as a major UK gas player with many catalysts and lagging behind similar gas firms.. | ashkv
21/9/2021 14:52 | Seems oil may be better than thought. | mariopeter
21/9/2021 13:08 | Something going on here? A reverse takeover of Shell's natural gas assets perhaps ;) [ only joking, just thinking it would be difficult to beat the Rockrose deal :] | bountyhunter |
