personally I think we will get higher than 70p in 2023, but decent trading update in the next month (think we had one last year in Nov) could really push this higher, let's see...DYOR

Still haven't bought back the 40k at 40p : ) At this rate we won't have any debt as we pay off the DCB liability What a coupWe then have a co generating so much cash and making 5.5m pbt ! So surely a share price nearer 70p is reasonable ?Market is a bit slow to respond here Kino and spsy my 2 favourites

1.7m cash so only 2.3m debt if we had to pay Dcb liabilities today ? Will be spread over time so doubt we will have any debt at all.Wow what a turnaround 60p this year Far too cheap

I hope the new director will have skin in the game, someone related to Western Selection would be my preference. They are aligned with minority investors and take an active approach to investing.

Guys, with respect I don’t think it can have been Tipacs 2 who voted against Resolution 7. Only 9.3m shares were voted against, whereas Tipacs 2 has 16m shares. 12.1m shares were voted in favour, but the resolution failed to pass because it was a Special Resolution needing a 75% vote in favour. No other single institution has 9.3m shares, so it looks to me like a combination of two or more institutional holders voted against. Kinovo should probably take this as an indication that it still has a lot of work to do to restore shareholder trust, and personally I’m happy to see the resolution failing as I wouldn’t want shares issued on a non pre-emptive basis at these prices as I think the shares are still significantly undervalued. I imagine the institutions who voted against feel the same. I think it will take time to restore trust and for the shares to reach their full value, but I think it would help if they take the opportunity of Sangita Shah resigning as Chair to appoint somebody as Chair who has real City credibility and experience. BTW there seems to have been a sizeable buyer of the shares operating around the 37p level recently, but so far they haven't managed to buy enough to cross the 3% reporting threshold.

Indeed and agree. Sticks out like a sore thumb.

Trouble for them is, if they wait too much longer, the price will get away from them given the good trading and EBITDA/Cash update IMO....

lets see

agree, every little helps to prevent board from diluting up to 9.9% isn't it the usual dilutive pre-emption rights etc? An interesting vote down, and I would agree nico115, bodes well for a buy-out...let's see....DYOR

Point well mate, BUT "Kinovo has been able to partially offset these challenges through positive contract discussions regarding pricing, effective supply chain management and maximising its available labour pool."

It operates in a non-discretionary area, "Backlog" of work since 2 years of COVID, and a strong outlook statement, so I tend to disagree Garyb on that basis.

Tough but manageable is how I read it. DYOR

Not to be a party pooper... but these are forecasts and the reality is they still have to deliver what they have on their order books in a sector with challenging material/resource availability and escalating cost! ...

I agree Nico. Management ballsed up on DCB absolutely, but the underlying trading many of us thought was still good, it is flying IMO and that is what p/e houses will be looking at IMO DYOR....

Some instis will have lost patience and want out,, TIpacs was willing to pay a massive premium to get their stake, says it all IMO....
