12/10/2022 16:57 | personally I think we will get higher than 70p in 2023, but decent trading update in the next month (think we had one last year in Nov) could really push this higher, let's see...DYOR | qs99
06/10/2022 08:28 | Still haven't bought back the 40k at 40p : ) At this rate we won't have any debt as we pay off the DCB liability What a coupWe then have a co generating so much cash and making 5.5m pbt ! So surely a share price nearer 70p is reasonable ?Market is a bit slow to respond here Kino and spsy my 2 favourites | nico115
06/10/2022 08:20 | Nice opening... | qs99
05/10/2022 10:37 | agreed, market waking up to it | qs99
05/10/2022 09:58 | 1.7m cash so only 2.3m debt if we had to pay Dcb liabilities today ? Will be spread over time so doubt we will have any debt at all.Wow what a turnaround 60p this year Far too cheap | nico115
05/10/2022 09:43 | haha, probably, but let's see. Decent update seems under the radar IMO...DYOR | qs99
05/10/2022 09:29 | Must be a fat finger ..a stupid buy ! Unless I've missed a bid for the co ?!! | nico115
05/10/2022 09:14 | Not sure I understand that trade at nearly 40p when bid is low 30s? | qs99
05/10/2022 08:10 | Decent update on the debt/finance/legacy costs and a hint at current trading....DYOR but this should be much higher DYOR | qs99
23/9/2022 11:31 | hope the management can be announcing some new wins over the next 3-4 weeks or so, the RNS stated that a number of bids from pipeline have been submitted...let's see. Good weekends Cheers QS99 | qs99
16/9/2022 08:12 | Good post dyor2 mate and fair points all Great resolution has been voted down Good weekend and look forward to this trending back towards 50-60p on that recent update before any new news… DYOR Cheers QS99 | qs99
15/9/2022 21:06 | I hope the new director will have skin in the game, someone related to Western Selection would be my preference. They are aligned with minority investors and take an active approach to investing. | jj3483598
15/9/2022 18:26 | Guys, with respect I don’t think it can have been Tipacs 2 who voted against Resolution 7. Only 9.3m shares were voted against, whereas Tipacs 2 has 16m shares. 12.1m shares were voted in favour, but the resolution failed to pass because it was a Special Resolution needing a 75% vote in favour. No other single institution has 9.3m shares, so it looks to me like a combination of two or more institutional holders voted against. Kinovo should probably take this as an indication that it still has a lot of work to do to restore shareholder trust, and personally I’m happy to see the resolution failing as I wouldn’t want shares issued on a non pre-emptive basis at these prices as I think the shares are still significantly undervalued. I imagine the institutions who voted against feel the same. I think it will take time to restore trust and for the shares to reach their full value, but I think it would help if they take the opportunity of Sangita Shah resigning as Chair to appoint somebody as Chair who has real City credibility and experience. BTW there seems to have been a sizeable buyer of the shares operating around the 37p level recently, but so far they haven't managed to buy enough to cross the 3% reporting threshold. | dyor2
15/9/2022 16:16 | Indeed and agree. Sticks out like a sore thumb. Trouble for them is, if they wait too much longer, the price will get away from them given the good trading and EBITDA/Cash update IMO.... lets see DYOR Cheers QS99 | qs99
15/9/2022 15:39 | Why else vote vs it ?They are re obviously desperate for stock and I think the company !60p they can have mine : ) | nico115
15/9/2022 15:18 | agree, every little helps to prevent board from diluting up to 9.9% isn't it the usual dilutive pre-emption rights etc? An interesting vote down, and I would agree nico115, bodes well for a buy-out...let's see....DYOR | qs99
15/9/2022 14:56 | TIpacs must've voted vs no 7Must mean they don't want to miss out and be diluted Hmmmm..to me they must be interested in taking us over | nico115
15/9/2022 12:16 | Clearly no knowledge of what is going on in the sector atm... | garyb01
15/9/2022 10:09 | Point well mate, BUT "Kinovo has been able to partially offset these challenges through positive contract discussions regarding pricing, effective supply chain management and maximising its available labour pool." It operates in a non-discretionary area, "Backlog" of work since 2 years of COVID, and a strong outlook statement, so I tend to disagree Garyb on that basis. Tough but manageable is how I read it. DYOR | qs99
15/9/2022 09:55 | Not to be a party pooper... but these are forecasts and the reality is they still have to deliver what they have on their order books in a sector with challenging material/resource availability and escalating cost! ... | garyb01
15/9/2022 08:14 | Yes ans someone took mitons stock at 37p so there is a chess game going on here .Big stakes changing hands which bodes well imho . | nico115
15/9/2022 08:12 | OK opening auction at an end, tight on the offer but now some to buy! Which I have, to add to my holding... DYOR | qs99
15/9/2022 08:10 | well I can't buy any stock, literally nada, no idea what that means....! | qs99
15/9/2022 08:07 | I agree Nico. Management ballsed up on DCB absolutely, but the underlying trading many of us thought was still good, it is flying IMO and that is what p/e houses will be looking at IMO DYOR.... Some instis will have lost patience and want out,, TIpacs was willing to pay a massive premium to get their stake, says it all IMO.... | qs99
15/9/2022 08:03 | No idea why market makers would open this up unchanged Hey ho | nico115 |
