Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the integrated wealth management group, announces that the Company has been notified that Najib Canaan, US CEO of the Group, has purchased a total of 645,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") over a period of several weeks at prices set out in the PDMR table below (the "Share Purchases").

Following the Share Purchases, Najib holds a total of 645,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.40 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
