Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the integrated wealth management group, announces that the Company has been notified that Jonathan Freeman, a Non-Executive Director of the Group, has purchased a total of 60,606 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.25 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Share Purchase"). Following the Share Purchase, Mr Freeman is interested in 60,606 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
