Certain of the large holders in this shell are very able business men in addition of course to those of a more entrepreneurial nature such as Chris Akers.
As a speculation,KIN looks interesting on the basis that we PIs can currently take our own stake at a price within 10% of that paid at the time of the bookbuild.

I will be disappointed if there is not profit to be had here over coming months.
In the meantime stock is difficult to obtain within the quote.

Oh dear, never mind. I wonder which significant shareholder just got rid. Not looking good now imo. A leopard never changes its spots as they say.

Around 25mil shares traded since it came back, only 4.5mil in public hands, that's a lot of buying and selling in only a few days.

ravin146 - depends if NW1 are reversing in Holmes Place International. There will be rules about who can own what percentage and maybe its part of their grand plan. Though that would rely on a much higher price that today to return their investment here

Someuwin...NW1 investment are good at throwing money away lolLook at their history in KIN, accounts on companies house. They piled a LOT of money in here...lost it entirely and then been diluted to 16%...They call the shot imo...

Agreed someuwin. Some people seem to have so little patience. The changes and fund raising has only taken place in the past month.

The previous 3 months were involved in dealing with selling the (disastrous) legacy business and preventing the PLC from going completely bust!

We know that the following have taken significant holdings in the last few weeks...

(valuations at current 6p)

27/11/17 - Rodger Sargent 1,100,000 (4.4%) = £66,000

23/11/17 - Chris Akers 800,000 (3.2%) = £48,000

21/11/2017 - Courtney Investments Limited 1,000,000 (4%) = £60,000

17/11/2017 - Jon Hale 1,000,000 (4%) = £60,000

17/11/2017 - David Evans 900,000 (3.6%) = £54,000

...And we know that NW1 Investments Ltd. holds almost 4 million (16%) = £240,000.

These guys aren't in the business of throwing money away!
