We could be about to see a more significant upward shift in the share price,for the MMs are bidding 7.125 pence for 200k shares (currently).

Yes ravin,Courtney it is;for I have found it now.
Possibly even more interesting if one looks at its history and also a company with a significant balance sheet(shareholders funds of over £6 million).

I wonder if today's RNS is incorrect in that it should read Courtenay Investments Limited,as the significant shareholder,rather than Courtnay Investments.
Should it be the former then its interest in KIN might be significant in that its accounts up to Jan 2017 show net assets of £35 million and a net profit for the year of over £2 million.There is no company registered in the latter (RNS) name that I can see.

I see that someone paid 7.5 pence for 350,000 KIN shares this morning.
That's almost 1.5% of the equity and about 8% of the free float.
Interesting !
