Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that today, 3,792 shares in the capital of the Company were allocated to Bev Dew, an executive director of the Company, as a result of the vesting of an award made to him on 8 May 2015 under the Kier Group plc 2010 Long-Term Incentive Plan. A proportion of the shares allocated were withheld to cover income tax and national insurance contributions due on release of the shares.
