03/2/2023 15:15 | DPR !Who is it then ? Some other Doh!fort connection ? (The term 'institutional' is pretty elastic.) | lurker5
02/2/2023 07:55 | @frankandbeans I have never dismissed the views of others here. AIM shares are high risk, high reward. My mistake was to over estimate management competence. | dpr1881
02/2/2023 07:53 | @Lurker5 The institutional Investor is not Sanderson although there is potentially a connection | dpr1881
01/2/2023 22:11 | Hindsight eh DPR? Perhaps be a little more open minded to others views next time. | frankandbeans
01/2/2023 16:16 | We all know the 'institutional investor' is Sanderson - aka Shylock - who since its first descent into the financial black hole that is Mbeya, has had its claws into Kibo's 'empire' ever since. Thats just one reason why no other 'institution' would invest. (Plenty of greedy brokers, spinners, and 'nomads' willing to feast on the bones though) | lurker5
01/2/2023 14:17 | @Frankandbeans Call me stupid but Bordesley was the one project that I thought would be delivered,...... And then came the Mast Energy Funding with the "institutional Investor' which has left Mast in my honest opinion uninvestable | dpr1881
01/2/2023 14:08 | Well it’s not like the red flags haven’t been pointed out and discussed here ad nauseum. | frankandbeans
01/2/2023 13:38 | In November 2022 (page 22 of the Q4 corporate presentation) shareholders in Mast Energy Developments Plc were told: Current projects in construction and under development - Expected Timeline to Completion - Bordesley 3 — 6 months. On 8 December 2022 shareholders in Mast Energy Developments Plc were told: Bordesley will be fully constructed, commissioned and in revenue generation by Q4 2023 Today Kibo Energy Plc shareholders are told: Bordesley (5 MW) Advanced project development Commercial operation - March 2024 How can this update expect to have any credibility? Predictions on a postcard for the next RNS please. | dpr1881
01/2/2023 09:47 | Looks good on paper. They all did. But WHERE ARE THE BL--DY NUMBERS ? (as ever) | lurker5
01/2/2023 08:40 | "The Company is currently sufficiently funded through its existing financing facilities, ASSUMING DEFERRAL or otherwise settlement in equity of the bridge loan facility announced on 16 February 2022 and £660,000 Convertible Loan Instrument held by Kibo executive management and directors, to cover operational expenditure for the short to medium term while the Company actively pursues various funding opportunities". I too am sufficiently funded, ASSUMING the 5.30pm at Kempton Park plays out favourably and, or, my Lotto Double Rollover picks (numbers provided by Elsie the Psychic Guinea Pig)come good. | mortimer7
01/2/2023 08:16 | Probably because they are going to be putting the funding cap out reading between the lines of that RNS. Some clarification on the coal also I see, at least that’s now a non controvertible discussion and those that have been arguing otherwise for years now have egg on face. Didn’t someone argue it was feasible to truck the thermal coal to the nearest port? Apparently not. “ o Funding for the construction of new coal mines is not readily available, especially for thermal coal deposits; o All the Kibo coal assets are situated in very remote areas with very little to no existing infrastructure, far away from any export port (more than 800 km) and with no significant local coal market; and o The Kibo coal assets are thermal coal deposits and, although thermal coal is in big demand now, it does not command a premium price, which makes such deposits less attractive for exporters, especially when considered in conjunction with the above two points.” | frankandbeans
01/2/2023 07:38 | Another blah blah blah RNS which says nothing new other than confirming the coal is pretty much worthless. What on earth is the point of such an RNS other than letting us know LC is still there. | cj41
26/1/2023 23:25 | I liked your post in case it helps you feel a little bit better Lurker5 x | guitars4stars
25/1/2023 16:29 | Three BILLION shares ! - after 12 years and NOTHING to show. And that's before the further hundreds of millions going to have to be issued before there's anything tangible in the balance sheet. Dear oh Dear ! Kibo has diluted its shareholders interests by more than Noah's Flood would have done. | lurker5
24/1/2023 07:59 | Clueless lol | frankandbeans
23/1/2023 21:30 | There’s only one person that’s clueless here twangers. I think we know who that is. What’s that saying, “once bitten, sell out at a loss and then buy back in again, sell out one last time at a loss before losing the lot in another bad punt” Clueless indeed Lol | frankandbeans
23/1/2023 17:37 | Just waiting for the coup de grâce. Game over then twangers. All your dosh down the swanee. | frankandbeans
22/1/2023 19:11 | How much was it you lost here in total, give me you sold out at least once before buying back in, and then of course tried to play billy big balls with Joules and lost it all on that. Couple of quid I would wager. There’s a trend here - it’s not your friend. | frankandbeans
22/1/2023 19:08 | It’s Not about the amount you lose twangers, it’s about the fact that you still can’t admit that you consistently called this wrong, and pulled others along for the ride it seems despite clear red flags to the contrary. What a plum you are. | frankandbeans
22/1/2023 15:37 | You back on weed my alter ego friend?Let it out & remember to breathe... | guitars4stars |
