Says the pillock that’s been stung here three times, yet can’t stop themselves hanging around like a bad smell, just to resentfully hassle those that saw it coming a mile off. Bitter much?

Joules was a great recovery play for you as well.

Where do you get your tips, the men’s urinals?

Strong buy indeed, very well played.

It’s not my fault you got this completely wrong and lost your shirt, how many others followed that strong buy recommendation and did similar I wonder? Yet you are still here spitting venom and vitriol at people that were not wearing rose coloured glasses.

Bitter much?

£700k/MW fpr a peaker (if true - its actually the capital cost as far as I can see) would be for a fully financed one. Go figure.

the fact I was referring to is the number of MAST shares KIBO owns. NOTHING ELSE

If you think I was wrong and the other poster was right, pls post your evidence!

On MAST valuation, as company said, and my sources confirm, c 700k per MWH is about what a peaker plants go for!

So I make 0.7 m x 9 MWh=6.3m! vs market cap of c5m

This is excluding the value of the other projects!

But big negative here is the management, so understand the discount to asset value

And you think anyone (apart from the wee mites who buy tiny bits of MAST through the likes of Clear Capital) will pay anything to buy the whole of Kibo's holding ? - with the lack of 'facts' about its finances that We (if not the wee Clear Capital mites)know about the 'facts'? Keep desperately flying the tattered flag though.(or could it be that you, alone among us all, have a reason to ?

"...So Kibo now 'owns' a shade less than 21.5m shares in MED after selling off 7.4m for £239k."

WRONG!

Kibo used to own c133m, after selling 7m still owns 126m.

My view is that the sale was related to the nomad search.

Also quite an encouraging news from MAST today, implying their working peaker plant Pyebridge is worth c 2 x current market cap

Knowing LC for many years, one thing I know for sure is that he is not crook or dishonest in anyway.

So Kibo now 'owns' a shade less than 21.5m shares in MED after selling off 7.4m for £239k.

AND, if Kibo do not get a NOMAD in the next 24 days, they get delisted.

The BOD have first claim on the companies assets, so its an easy guess where these shares are going to end up, once the time limit expires. Selling 7.4m shares off to keep the KIBO lights on, looks like a sh*tty move initially, but is a smart move (funds in the kitty, wages, bills get paid. Share price in MED falls so actual valueation is less) as it means the BOD grab 'more' and leave 'less' if an administrator is called in on Kibo...

I dont see ANY downside for LC & cohorts with a delisting. Just the opposite for investors... Might even be another large slice of MED sold off prior to the axe falling... OR just after as it means they dont have to report it ! Tick, Tock.

What facts would those be Yak ? I thought we'd all learned that 'facts' where LC is concerned need to be interpreted carefully / taken with large doses of salt / never include every necessary detail / and so on and so forth

Not until they've taken any remaining cash/assets from the business to reward themselves for all their achievements when it goes down the pan. Whatever has happened here the PIs have been the losers every time.

For truly thorough diligence a potential nomad is going to have to dig very deep indeed. In its life Kibo has gone through almost every AIM bucket shop and broker and is a pariah among probably most of the City. Whether a S African 'nomad' is possible I don't know. But this can of nasty wriggly things came out of SA. Probably it will go back there.

You can be as distainful as you like. It matters not.The only vultures here are the members of the board. They'll know the intrinsinc value of various parts of the company. They'll want those pieces for themselves, IF, as per my previous, this doesn't come back onto AIM. As for shareholders, who's wealth has already been decimated by the aforementioned vultures, who have virtually no chance at getting ANY of their money back, also have no chance of getting any justice, IF, as a different poster here noted, there has been malfeasance, or criminal acts. Time will tell. We are assured another NOMAD is deep into due diligence. 29 days remain. This is the grey area. Was the NOMAD resignation given to Kibo in a timely manner, allowing a new NOMAD adequate notice for the DD. If so, why weren't we notified earlier ? Or, as the impression given, the resignation was a result of long standing irregularities, that forced the issue ? (LC FA and is FO).

It will be a minor miracle if this comes back. With the Directors having first claim on items of value, it will get gutted and wiped. They'll quietly keep the carved pieces ticking over while the carcass, and aftermath, gets put to sleep. Then, couple of years down the line, New IPO with current technology, over hyped as per normal, and welcome back to easy street. Rinse & repeat. Its the AIM way.
