03/2/2022 12:09 | Kibo now down 97.8% in five years, well done Louis. excellent | grimreaper2019
03/2/2022 10:16 | *lower not power. And no I’m not replying to the blocked one, just musing. | frankandbeans
03/2/2022 10:15 | The more I look at the price action here the more I wonder if an instrument is being used to power the share price, until the CLN convert from March, to get the lowest price possible for the conversion, most shares and most voting %. It seems that the downward pressure isn’t being contested other which is strange. Guess LTH also don’t think the price is worth paying here, how low is? | frankandbeans
02/2/2022 20:06 | “ Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's. clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. “ Quite right. Desperate times for some. | frankandbeans
02/2/2022 19:47 | Oh and CJ remember those warnings about boiler rooms cold calling you and sending you private messages about trading shares.. Caveat emptor. There’s a few wrong uns on this very board. | frankandbeans
02/2/2022 19:35 | CJ you have my sympathies you really do. I recall when this was being touted years back along with EDL and NCCL as the next AIM darling, but on closer inspection of each you see locked in stale bulls trying their utmost to lure in new blood to keep the share price static, and in some cases so that they can sell out before they are left standing without a chair. All the talk of removing directors and a shareholder action group on these AIM listed co’s rarely comes to anything, as at the end of the day it’s in the directors interest to keep the cow alive so they can milk it further, and any gnats that buzz around can easily be quashed so they can continue milking undeterred. Full of analogies this evening, but I hope you take my point. As to what you do with your shareholding that’s entirely your choice as is your right, maybe seek the advice of a tax advisor as perhaps you could offset the loss? Maldives sounds warmer than here, wherever here is ;) | frankandbeans
02/2/2022 18:54 | And no one else has ever posted anything to suggest a way out of this death spiral other than book values are higher than the market cap. In order for anything to progress the dilution is going to have to be massive, and that's on top of another 500,000,000 shares to pay the BoD for all their achievements. My only wish is that the CLN shares which the BoD receive end up as being worthless before they get to cash them out. | cj41
02/2/2022 18:49 | I am very close to calling it a day and taking the remaining 7% of my money wasted here. I will at least have a holiday in the Maldives to look forward to from the proceeds rather than what is starting to look ominously like zero. Other than CLNs and placings the BOD appear to have no idea what to do. It's a 100% shambles from which I cannot even begin to conjure up any sort of recovery in my wildest imagination. | cj41
02/2/2022 18:45 | We’ll surprise surprise looks like more selling into any liquidity here. Wonder if it’s being shorted in order to get the price as low as possible for when the CLN convert from March? That’s a lot of dilution for existing holders to swallow, though as the BOD hood hardly any currently it’s no skin off their nose. Plus they can then vote through a consolidation. Double whammy. Winner winner. | frankandbeans |
