Who gives a toss about that? If punters got burned in the past then that's their fault, here and now there's an opportunity for cash to be made but of course all you lot that are short on it will keep wheeling out the old excuses to try and keep it down.

Apparently there is an interview coming from some outfit called Share Talk but they are waiting for it to be 'approved' by Kibo before they can release it?

I don't suppose Mr Coetzee will refer to that fact that anyone who bought at the time of his appointment (2012?) are now sitting on losses of over 95%.

At the same time Mr Coetzee and his chums in South Africa have taken £30m-£40m of UK shareholder cash and turned it into a sub £2m m/cap company.

They have recently just raised yet another £1m at a cost of issuing circa 1 billion shares in the future, wiping out existing equity.

No wonder there has been something of a shareholder revolt.

When stale bills start whiting when money is raised below their average should you follow their biased view or see the opportunity that is presented?I know which I would choose. It's unfortunate for LTH that bought in much higher but that's the markets for you. When it's at 3p most will still be sat on a loss sadly, if they haven't sold at one already that is.

Sharetalk interview with the CEO due to be released in the next few days. Expecting a very positive report, like Katoro has just done late Friday.At only 0.22p, this could move up sharply on any good news!

Following the issue of the Financing Shares and Admission, Kibo Energy plc will be interested in, in aggregate, 96,138,738 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 29.7% of the Company's then issued share capital.




Eager to forward sell your existing Kibo shares to get your grubby mitts on those 0.15p loan conversion shares are we + those 3 year expiry 0.25p warrants - in all just another 900m shares.

Oh not forgetting the miserable £220k bonus 'paid' to the £1m cash providers convertible in shares at any dam price.

The funding breaks down to £1m raised at 0.10p when all costs/conversions are taken into account.

Buyers of Kibo BEWARE there are tens of millions of shares just waiting to be dumped at any price above 0.15p

No wonder the BOD never had any real cash invested.

Pakenham - so Kibo now holding a 42% stake in Katoro....that could be worth more than their full market cap soon!
Btw, have you any estimate of how much extra Kibo will have gained from taking up all their placement shares there? And from the upcoming warrants?

agree swerves - they had 38% when share register updated last on June 16th - after that came an oversubscribed placing and now as at 3rd July - kibo hold 42% as stated by company on Friday, so kibo took part in placing and increased stake and already way up on that plus highly profitable warrants on top - so katoro holding is worth kibo mcap just on its own - let's hear more about other 4 assets this week... is there big news on way - kibo interview still not out and announced after hours friday... hopefully no rns on Monday so can let the groups load up...

It looks that way, and with some posting misleading info.Btw, Katoro Gold have 250m shares in issue (not 332m)....this gives Kibo's 96m shares a 38% holding there. Next week could see big demand for Katoro shares after that interview on Sharetalk. And Kibo interview due next week too

Kibo's stake in Katoro is now down to 29.7%, when the cheap (1.5p) warrants are exercised by the likes of POW that stake will fall further.

Kibo hold 96m KAT shares, KAT now have 323m in issue + 32m warrants priced between 1.5p and 2p
