I suggest you read back all the RNSs and count the number of times they have contained inaccurate information.

Consortium investors are either deluded - or Sanderson. Most likely the latter, with a desperate need to get his Kibo holding higher. To remind - the 1st Equity note quoted by Novus Comms (and of course re-trotted out by Louis) 'targeted' 15p. But comprehensively demolished in my post 806 Dec'18, showing FE had fudged figures to arrive at 7 times too high even on then 641m shares. Now they are twice that, and on full conversion of the new loan would be 2.45 bn shares (4 times higher). So even if all else went to plan and the market valued Kibo at its project NPV's in line with FE's note the most share price would be 1p.
But that neglects extra shares to fund Kibo's necessary investment in Mast, and equity in Moz and Bots, even before the fact that the market never, ever, accords anywhere near an NPV to a project company shares. So no chance the consortium will ever get its money back, unless the shares are puffed meanwhile and they bale out. Enter (except he's always lurking back stage) Sanderson. Last accounts showed nearly bust (and narrowly avoided strike-off in December). But he's in cahoots with Novus - so of course their stooge Alan Green trots out that 15p target again, on UK Investor Magazine's voxpop.

So there you have it - again ! Noticeable the funders don't want security over any other of Coetzee's assets than Mast etc. And if the new investors believe anything puffed by Novus (Alan Green) yesterday, or any of the 'research' 'targets' put out by Doh'fort and 1stEquity, they need their heads examined and to return to kindergarten arithmetic class.
And, of course, surprise, surprise ! The usual Kibo pre-announcement insider dealing yesterday - probably Sanderson. Hasn't worked this time !

Novus communications up to its fraudulent tricks again. They are aka (or in cahoots with) Beaufort Securities and Sanderson Capital Partners - all hand in glove with Kibo, with Sands in particular desperate to ramp Kibo's shares to keep itself solvent. Hence Novus trotting out a long past fraudulent 'research report' which 'arrived' at an ignorantly calculated and impossible share value (also trotted out recently by the innumerate L Coetzee) at a time before the subsequent massive share issues will have diluted even that 'target'. Yet that same 'target' is 'highlighted' by the ignoramus share pusher Alan Green. I've never seen a more blatant and dishonest puff even in the worst share puffer platforms. This one is definitely for the FCA.
