March 17th 2020 rns.MED has recently also received positive funding interest from multiple entities, and is in advanced discussions with regards to securing substantial financing of up to USD100,000,000 which could enable it to embark on a portfolio development strategy and implementation, which will see the simultaneous development of more than 20 sites from its prospective "shovel ready" portfolio of sustainable power generation assets in the UK

To bring some perspective, this was stated in the RNS dated 10/12/19: “Good progress towards de-risking 5 MW gas-fuelled power generation plant, Bordersley, which remains on target for commercial commissioning at the end of Q1 2020” And the RNS dated 12/12/19. "We hope to replicate the success we have had with Bordersley, which, from its acquisition on 20 June 2019, is on track for commercial commissioning at the end of Q1 2020.

Aren't we due news on MAST listing and Bordesley site being ready round about now? MAST was planned to be IPO'd Q4 2020. Bordesley as per RNS 21/10/20 Bordesley is scheduled for commissioning Q1 2021. 100% interest in 5 MW gas fuelled Bordesley power generation plant, currently under development and scheduled for commissioning in Q1 2021 Seems like KIBO need update the market.

Sure I've read something like 20 sites ready in a few months when MAST gets the listing on the main market.

georgeo repeated from the other site before Tadtec deletes it - listening to Proactive or to Kibo's blurbs will profit thee nil, nothing, nix. You need to learn to do all the necessary maths (not LC's, or Proactive's forte) and work out what the earnings per share will be once all the zillions of shares and potential shares exist at the time the said earnings might just might start flowing to Kibo itelf (and not to those who eg will finance Med et al, and LC's cigars). You might find that in at least 5 years time (and probably more) those earnings per share won't be far away from said nil, nix, nothing, and nought ! But if you DO DO the maths, DO let us know ! PS - clues to the earnings expected from Benga, Med, et al can be found on this and the other BB's going back around five years. Happy (necessary) reading ! PS - I should have said take no notice of any posters' figures on the 'other' BB. You know - the one where posters who put up properly calculated figures are 'cancelled'.

georgio1,I also share your enthusiasm going forwards, especially from these levels. Historically as pointed out by uk & Yaki who are likely the only other balanced posters here - Kibo has only historically delivered disappointment yet we are where we are & that was then. I'm hopeful of a great 2021 here and associated returns so have invested big in anticipation. DYOR etc :)

There is absolutely no reason to assume that 2021 will be any different to the last 8 years. More dilution, missed deadlines, meaningless non-binding agreements and empty words are KIBO's fortes. IMO the BOD's only real long term objective is to keep getting paid but even that looks to be getting doubtful now as the share price gets closer and closer to zero and the new shares required to keep the lights on (I.e. directors paid) is now ridiculous numbers.

Just go on YouTube and listen to their videos on proactive investors and listen to how Kibo has reached to these finalisation of projects. Benga and MAST should be close as Sloane migration into MAST should be listed very soon.

g1 Holding a few million kibo shares I have every reason to hope you are right, but after 8 years of being told things are happening - the ship is about to sail, the stars are aligning, 2020 will be an exciting year etc. etc. - you will have to excuse my cynicism.

I've gone through most proactive investors on YouTube videos on Kibo interview with Louis, and they gave support from the mining mineral minister , of some sort and sites are drill ready once approvals are done. Yes they are from the past but not long ago . It's probably when they got all their projects to a stage when they say 'go'. They have got from mining to the energy sector. It's all very interesting and will benefit to shareholders. Jmo, I've been reading into Kibo and posting a lot , yes it's just what I think of the company and going forward. All positive but like everywhere covid has slowed down progress. No waiting for Sloane to be named MAST development energy, we should see some benefit to us.

Thanks for your reply g1, but that article is dated 25/06/19. So the question again is, what has happened since? Louis is good at making agreements, he specialises in MOUs, he just isn’t seemingly capable of progressing them. Maybe he has made a new year resolution to achieve something this year, other than more shareholder dilution.

It could be for spare capacity storage for Kibo's carbon ready facility.
