Further to the announcement of 18 September 2019, Keywords Studios, the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry, today announces that on 1 October 2019 it has completed the acquisition of TV+SYNCHRON Berlin GmbH from Thomas Wolfert after all of the conditions were fulfilled.
