01/12/2017 13:53 | mf, I think this is the turn I mentioned elsewhere yesterday. This gives new entrants and traders a chance to buy very near the placing price, which also has strong historical support. | bamboo2
30/11/2017 17:56 | A few shares today that I hold had weird finishes, big jumps on closing and loads of what looks like buys at above the price level all day. Interested to see if we get marked down in the morning or if the price holds. | mad foetus
30/11/2017 15:07 | Thanks for your input. Much appreciated. | wildchild
30/11/2017 14:29 | Wildchild, Finncap per their 25th October note go for 26.8p EPS for the year about to end and 43.72p EPS next year given all the acquisitions, organic growth etc. Using these numbers, KWS will soon be on a current year P/E of 32.7, with a PEG of only 0.52, which signals very good value indeed on the Slater method. | rivaldo
30/11/2017 13:46 | I see they have launched their youtube channel, full of useful info and results presentations: | mad foetus
30/11/2017 13:28 | Around 100, dropping to around 60 on next years forecast. PEG of 0.8 at present but it's not for value investors | mad foetus
30/11/2017 13:23 | Anyone be kind enough for me to estimate a PE ratio at these levels ? | wildchild
30/11/2017 10:00 | Nice entry point if you are new to KWS | mad foetus

22/11/2017 16:14 | AR is certainly not far away - this news today for example: http ://www.proactiveinve "Apple makes augmented reality headset move with reported acquisition of a Canadian start-up firm 13:27 22 Nov 2017 Technology news website techcrunch reported that the US tech giant has acquired Vrvana, the maker of an augmented reality headset called Totem, for about US$30mln Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has reportedly made a move towards its aim of providing an augmented reality headset in 2020 with the acquisition of a Canadian start-up firm, according to website techcrunch.com. The technology news site reported that the US tech giant has acquired Vrvana, the maker of an augmented reality headset called Totem, for about US$30mln, citing two unnamed sources. It noted that the only product that Vrvana shows off on its website is the unreleased Totem headset, which it says is an “extended reality” device utilising key technologies from both AR and virtual reality to allow for both experiences on a single headset. Techcrunch pointed out that Apple also has made other acquisitions that underscore its interest in developing the technology that powers the AR hardware. In June, Apple acquired SMI, an eye-tracking firm that was working on solutions for VR and AR headsets, while other AR and VR-related acquisitions have included Flyby Media, metaio, Emotient, and Faceshift." | rivaldo
21/11/2017 14:48 | Having watched the two hour presentation today, my biggest concern about KWS is that they put so many of their senior capable staff in one place. I hope that in travelling there and back, there was not too great a concentration of people on any single airplane. | shanklin

21/11/2017 12:25 | The early numbers were in euros, whereas the targets above were specifically in pounds - the difference makes me believe that each set of numbers is specific and correct. | rivaldo
21/11/2017 11:47 | I did wonder in that article whether the targets were actually Euros rather than £. | glaws2
21/11/2017 09:50 | Very impressive team! | jgoold
20/11/2017 13:26 | Nice to see some interest in kws here - chart support looks in good shape. Panic on taptica I have owned it and like everything they are doing - on paper it all looks excellent. The way the price moves and lack of liquidity there annoy me a bit so am not in at the moment. Watching though. | nimbo1
20/11/2017 13:25 | Nice looking chart, could be getting primed for assault on ath | mad foetus
17/11/2017 22:05 | Nimbo - all I hold but you need to add TAP to your list | panic investor
17/11/2017 19:29 | After the recent rise fdev is currently 8% of my Pf. I think the opportunity for them as MF says below is massive. If the price doesn’t go up a lot at some point between now and the launch of Jurassic evolution in Summer next year (I think) I’ll have to stop stock picking and buy more investment trusts. Also they have their next 2 titles after je to announce at some point, if they are anywhere close to that quality they could be a much larger co, also they want to move to releasing a title every 6 months instead of one a year. I also like xlm, include link to gambling as gaming! also games workshop. Kws I took to 6% of Pf today. May not be of interest but always find relative %’s interesting! | nimbo1
17/11/2017 16:11 | FDEV are very interesting, Tencent have a strategic stake and they will launch the Jurassic World franchise next year. The key thing for me is that games are moving from being products to services, which means the opportunity to build franchises is huge, which will also allow people like KWS to become imbedded with whole games ecosystems. | mad foetus
17/11/2017 15:39 | Agreed Nimbo - everything around it is booming & even live sports are increasingly "gamified"... know any other UK stocks we can look at? Sega, Sony & Nintendo are Tokoyo, EA & Zynga on Nasdaq, SI is private... help needed! | windsor430
17/11/2017 10:31 | thanks for posting that link. bought some more this morning after watching that. Huge opportunity ahead for them. If I could have all my money in one sector over the next 10 years it would be in gaming. | nimbo1
17/11/2017 10:30 | A very convincing presentation imo. Needs some digesting but I have topped up on the basis of it. | mad foetus
