A terrific trading update today, summarised by the following:



"We are delighted with our progress so far this year. This has enabled us to deliver a first half performance ahead of our expectations, underpinning our confidence in the Group at least meeting market consensus for the year as whole."

And there are definitely more acquisitions on the cards.

Can't ask for much more than that.

Thanks, rivaldo. I had not seen that info. It might well fully explain the strength.

Nevertheless, I will not be surprised to see said major acquisition at some point soon. The loan was negotiated for a reason.

I just wonder if something in particular is driving the enormous strength of the past two days. Has someone got wind of a major acquisition?

KWS has negotiated a significant debt facility with Barclays and I recall Andrew Day saying something along the lines of it being madness not to try to make use of it.

Complete conjecture, but it is nice to see the price movement all the same: a very significant breakout.

An EOD close over 874 confirms a tp of minimum 950 on the recent bowl/cup.

Perhaps we will get this confirmation today?

ali, current near term target price [tp] is 863. So I think it is still worth considering. Averaging in might be a good idea? imo

Once this closes above the prior all-time high [ath approx 874] Then we have some much more juicy tp's to aim for at 950+
