Some points from an interview done today with company. Looking at what was said company seems quite bullish on outlook.

confident of the full-year results, helped by new contract wins.

can meet what the market is expecting for the full year.

year consensus profit before tax and amortization is just under 8.5 million pounds on revenue of about 54.5 million pounds.

fundraising as a way forward to pursue acquisitions more aggressively.

hopeful that we would at least announce one more (major contract) before the end of this year.

Cash flow remains good but they seem to be looking for acquisitions.

Why the need to fund raise?

Results look ok, only time for a quick look. If they are looking for acquisitions then this is a good time to buy. Still seem to be trading well in a deep recession which is very good.

Read the statement fellow investors.

There are further large deals in the pipeline, expected to be closed over the next 6 months.

KFX which I have mentioned previously is a strong Market today,
I expect the Kofax IMS to coincide with next week's AGM on the 05/11.

One of the last opportunities to buy KFX at current levels IMV.

Great recovery to the £1.00 level. Bounced straight off the 100ma to regain momentum. There are clearly buyers here. I'm curious to see if there's more solid support this time round.

An MBO is not on the cards for KFX imo.

Far more likely imv is a bid from EMC who are awash with cash ($10 Billion +)

KFX have also spent over £37 million on R & D over the last
two years, a huge amount for a Company of this size.
There is a large payback to come.

Its more than just a couple of
Directors that have been buying at KFX, its everyone from the Chairman.
CEO, FD right to the non execs - watch the IMS in November imv.

Great news on the contract win for KWL.
I know some were disappointed by the brevity of the recent TS.

People read that incorrectly imo and today's contract news is
yet further evidence of Kewill's bright future.

"This contract win continues to demonstrate that our software delivers efficiencies and improves work flow for logistics service providers.

Other recent contract wins with Nokia and Lockheed Martin demonstrated the same benefits for our enterprise customers.

As we noted in our year end results, our sales pipeline includes several large deals for closure in the next six months. This contract is the third of those deals and supports the current market expectations."

I used to hold quite a few Dicom but growth seemed to stall. Kofax do seem on a high rating to me. I know directors have been buying so maybe market thinks mbo is on the cards. I think the new CEO did have a PE background.

Besides Kofax (KFX), KWL is my favourite tech stock.
Far too cheap given the likley growth over the next 2 years IMO.

And the recent shallow downtrend is now decisively broken.

Added somewhat @93. Let's see. Below 90 there's some way to fall, but @ the 100ma, we're still well in an uptrend, and not far shy of the year high. So I see this as consolidation. Could be wrong!
