Adjourned Annual General Meeting
On 17 March 2020 the Company announced that the Annual General Meeting convened for 19 March 2020 at 2.00pm would be adjourned. This was because the venue for the AGM had been closed to members of the public in response to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The AGM has been adjourned until Monday 30 March at 11.00am and will now be held at Coveham House, Downside Bridge Road, Cobham, Surrey KT11 3EP.
Proxies submitted for today's AGM remain valid for the Adjourned Meeting unless the appointing shareholder gives the Company notice in writing to the contrary by 11.00am on Thursday 26 March 2020. New proxies or amendments to existing proxies should use the proxy form accompanying the original notice and available to download from the Company's website at https://www.kerasplc.com/constitutional-documents/, and should be delivered by 11.00am on 26 March 2020 in accordance with the instructions on the proxy form.
Shareholders intending to attend the Adjourned Meeting should note that, should the Company's office at Coveham House not be available for any reason, the meeting will be held externally, and they should dress accordingly.
