29/3/2018 15:57 | Cheers RS. So, despite claiming Togo is worth 1.2M on the books, it sounds to me as though Keras is just a discounted proxy for Calidus. Well that suits me, as I never had any illusions about Togo. If I had known how to vote through my account in HL, you could have had my proxy to double your bargaining power. | dunkelmann
29/3/2018 15:48 | Thanks for the report, what is the general feel on Togo, banked or long shot? | zhockey
29/3/2018 15:24 | Thank you for sharing this Rec0very Stock | andinvestor1

29/3/2018 13:49 | RecoveryStock is always more than generous with his insight, look forward to seeing his AGM report. | zhockey
29/3/2018 12:16 | Yes - good to see the house broker doing what they should do though! | andinvestor1
29/3/2018 12:03 | That is just a copy of the RNS? | zhockey
29/3/2018 11:31 | I started building a position in this stock today - Shard SB have just put out a notice following from the RNS today - | andinvestor1
29/3/2018 10:39 | Recovery, if you can please press him on Togo, they really need to be more open on the situation. Does the mention of acquisitions suggest that they are hedging their bets and Togo is drifting away? | zhockey
29/3/2018 09:54 | Calidus growing, literally, into what hopefully will prove to be a monster. Nice work if they can get the disconnect in value sorted out. Let’s see. | bumpa33
29/3/2018 09:24 | Off to AGM soon. I will make Russell sing for his supper before he gets my vote for re-election (will already be a foregone conclusion from proxies) | rec0very stock
29/3/2018 09:14 | Does seem very good value - that disconnect too wide and hope they have initiatives in place to reduce the chasm. | yasx
29/3/2018 09:09 | " the Keras team will be working to address the disconnect between the Keras price and the see-through value of its investment in Calidus, together with building the value of its wider portfolio of assets organically and potentially through acquisitions." Thank you Mr Lamming for these comments from today's RNS. | dunkelmann
29/3/2018 09:07 | If they do, I shall be buying that's for sure. Some people simply cannot see a bargain because they are not prepared to wait and not prepared to research in depth. I have enough, but if I can buy below .34p I will not be able to resist. HL sadly will only let me have them at .355p at the moment. | dunkelmann
20/3/2018 16:29 | Agreed. I only suggested the change thinking it would be easy to remove "in 2016" but as novicetrader has advised, ADVFN don't allow any amendments at all. It's not worth starting a new thread. | alan@bj
20/3/2018 09:38 | You make a good point zhockey. When all is said and done, I'm fine with the status quo. | dunkelmann

19/3/2018 20:04 | It's quite ironic we are talking about a new thread when there's only about four people posting. FWIT my view is that the title and contents of a BB have absolutely no impact on the fortunes of the subject. | zhockey
15/3/2018 01:03 | I had thought of that, but as the new kid on the block, I didn't want to tread on anyone's toes. I'll have a look at what to do in the next few days. | dunkelmann
14/3/2018 19:43 | I like the header, apart from the visitors bit, it tells me what I want to know at a glance. dunkleman, Set up a new thread, anyone can do it. Put in POG graph, if you can do US$ and A$ that would be great and CAI shareprice graph with the normal graphs and links to latest KRS and CAI presentations and see how it goes. | rec0very stock
14/3/2018 10:32 | I think a new thread would be a good idea. This is a rejuvenated company and I do not think anything before say Spring last year is relevant any more. I see on BBs, people carrying a lot of baggage that is not helpful. For example on LSE for KRS, I've seen embittered posters complaining about how bad this company is because they bought years ago and are now down xx%. (It begs the question, why didn't they sell using a stop loss, and move on elsewhere.) With respect to KRS, we need to be discussing how we are going forward. Hoping for feedback here and LSE on my valuation model, I intend to move it forward based on *current* knowledge. E.g., I am adding in information from the Annual Report and AGM notice, such as liabilities of 357,000 UKP and intangibles of 1,164,000 UKP (i.e. the Togo assets). I am thinking that we are going to get diluted by 600 million shares (see AGM Notice) probably at a lowest price of 0.35 pence. So for me, with now 25,650,000 shares, I care about the directors, the debt, the assets (Australia, Togo), the dilution, the in-specie distribution, the escrow period. I think referring back to past history such as iron ore, old group companies, Ferrex, pre-2017 events etc. is confusing to the newer shareholders and irrelevant. Let's have a clean, shiny, new start and copy over the best posts to a new thread with a simpler title. | dunkelmann
14/3/2018 09:55 | At least the seller is not willing to sell below 0.33p, but has been dumping on any good news. | modform |
