Really zhockey, what makes you think that? If so, I'll be first in the queue to buy!

I think this could break lower and may hit 0.18p. That would be the time to buy.

Worth accumulating these now when it's quiet as if it was a savings plan, the pay-out is still some time off and especially on AIM 12mths or so is of course light years away.

andy. CAI are quoted on advfn at 3.8c. 330000 therefore has a value of about £730 I have 581k KRS and am not expecting to get over £3500 for the CAI. Wish I would.
Have I got this right ?

Question is what will Keras be worth afterwards? All depends on Togo.

Bonus shares ? quantity confirmed

Received reply from Dave Reeves from a direct email question re the above

"based on the current shares on issue of Keras you will get approximately 1 Cal share for every 3 KRS shares once the final performance shares are issued.

So if you had 1 million shares in Keras you would get approx. 330,000 Cal shares which are worth approx GBP 7,700 today, but hopefully a lot more when this happens."

Regards

Dave

He confirmed I could advise all the investors of this email via this BB

Just added today via HL but only showing on NEX @ .0035p

zhockey,

Sorry for not replying earlier to your question at 1353, I have been rather busy on my day job.

How much gold ultimately gets recovered from these tenements is anyone's guess. 5 MOz is not beyond the realms of possibility, indeed even higher figures are possible, but only time will tell.

I find it pays not to dream too far into the future. My focus is what do I expect to be achieved in the next 18 months when we will have our own CAI shares. We will get them and Dave is looking at whether they can set something up that helps KRS shareholders who are not with a broker that can trade ASX. My view on that is make the commitment to in specie and those who need to switch brokers have plenty of time to do so.

In the next 18 months I expect we will have a resource upgrade that gives 1 MOz indicated plus about 500k Oz inferred - it is relatively cheap and easy to add inferred but indicated or better still measured is what is needed - the difference is effectively the spacing of the drilling. I expect CAI to do another fund raise once they have that resource and then to produce a PFS which enables conversion of the remaining performance shares into ordinary shares. There may well be another CAI fund raise at that point to get to BFS. BFS will involve more drilling mainly to convert sufficient indicated to measured and really nail down all the detail on the plant, with good estimates and firm quotes for all the plant and infrastructure work. The BFS will be completed after we have our CAI shares.

At the moment I see no impediment to the above expectations being achieved. It will be interesting to see what the A$2M achieves on the Novo JV. Having Novo onside for all future fundraises will help everything along considerably and I therefore expect to see quite a bit of priority placed on getting that work done. Unforeseeable things do happen that can really screw everything up, which is why early stage mining is such a high risk game. However for now there seem to be no black clouds on the horizon and it is full steam ahead.

Only Togo will move this in the short term. Calidus is priced to 1.5Moz already, I think they'll exceed that by a long way but will need another season of drilling.

We certainly have a persistent seller, just wonder how many more they can actually still hold here - surely not many? Seems madness to sell at this juncture, every RNS is crammed full of good news, high grades and shallow depths. Just need patience and this will take off I feel sure.

andy,

I also think the share price drop is unbelievable. Can not work out why. But KRS will give us excellent returns on our investment in time.

Excellent grades again, shaping up to be a damn good resource this, just a shame that they can’t ‘clean up’ their share register and get whoever it is persistently selling off the bloody thing.

Based on my little knowledge of gold resources, these numbers look pretty good. See if the seller returns on the good news.GLA

Recovery, How big do you think the Pilbara resource will be? Dave seemed pretty bullish in the recent video interview and they have a lot of targets. Looking at the strike length and parallel targets, I suspect they could get to over 5M oz.

50000m is a lot of drilling to get in this season and the resource could expand quite quickly.

The small fundraise in the middle of October 2017 should keep us going for a year according to Dave, cash burn is very low, things just ticking over awaiting the Togo licence and CAI share price appreciation as drilling progresses.

I recently bought a small stake in AAU. I am expecting a quarterly update next week. Hopefully it will be as expected regarding production quantities in both Au and Ag. Recent rises in the market price of both should then propel AAU share price forward. I am already slightly ahead on my AAU buy, having covered the spread and dealing costs with a little profit to spare. If AAU really takes off on a better than expected announcement, I may sell later next month and buy more KRS.

KRS should produce its annual report sometime next month (it is normally Feb when it comes out, though they have until 31 Mar to produce it)

I am expecting the annual accounts to show a very significant profit on disposal of KRS Australia to CAI. I expect that profit to wipe out most, if not all, retained losses. This will not be a cash generating profit though and will only add to non current assets in the balance sheet. I also expect a firm commitment to be made to distribute CAI shares to KRS shareholders, once out of escrow in just under 18 months time.

CAI share price has not reacted to recent Au price rises. This is unsurprising as production is so far into the future, current price is totally irrelevant and there is not a PFS NPV based on an assumed long term Au price to compare NPV at current price to.

KRS TOGO Cobalt is completely irrelevant, as it is so early stage and there is no cash to fund development and no guarantee that should money be spent proving up the asset a mining licence would be granted.

KRS TOGO Mn is potentially a game changer. If / when the licence is granted, provided funding can be raised for initial production, then in about 6-9 months KRS could be cash generative.

At the moment, and this will still be the case post annual report production, KRS is burning cash, has a tiny amount of cash and has no way of getting more cash other than issuing more equity. Another placing is inevitable at some stage. If the TOGO Mn licence comes through, then the fund raise for that should cover KRS PLC costs too and it should be done at a much higher price than current. Even without the Mn licence, I would hope that the annual report, provided it is as I expect, will drive a rerate. Sellers should clear quickly, though there are a large number of warrants which could be exercised and sold. These are all at higher prices than current and it is possible that they may provide enough cash to defer the placing until much later. If the market just shrugs at the annual report and we do not see a rerating, then I will investigate how I can take part in the next placing.
