Page 26 sets out the performance shares quite precisely and I still feel a lot of retail clients have not picked up on this...worth a read for those interested transforming a 30% holding to potentially a 60% holding should they deliver. Anyway people can make up their own mind in this excellent bit of research by the very conservative and experienced analyst (gold specialist) Peter Rose who is an Australian who has been in the uk for along time.

Well, at least CAI went up in Oz last night. The nice thing about these new tenements is that they cost very little, but if they can delineate just a bit of something, AIM shareprices can respond quite positive to that, especially when we're in the right season.

Edgein ...thank you for that I had seen mentioned about the interest going up to 61% but had not done my DD in full...he also discussed the percentage increasing with me and I had not fully twigged.....will go and recheck....he was absolutely convinced by the way (off the record)that there was a potential for a huge near service gold strike and it would be the first of its kind in Aussie for yonks...as previously stated the nutter who had the huge chunk in the middle was most peculiar and he genuinely believed that if you drilled the land the gold would evaporate or the resource would disapear ...utterly bonkers so he had sat on the potential resource doing sfa...he also said there were seriously interesting outcrops along the whole strike .............several friends of mine thinnk I am nuts but I have stuck with it despite the odd dilutive raise to get the RTO away and he has been a bit of a genius ....now if they really do have cobalt in size ( a genuine shortage as opposed to if every lithium mine gets going there is a strong argument for saying there will be a surplus) then we could be talking early retirement or in my case about bleeidng time ....But even if n ot i can see this going to many multiples on the gold alone if the gold price holds as it will be low cost etc ....fingers crossed and thanks for your research ...its firmly in my bottom draw not to be touched and I add small smidges on dips............

Sourced from the HC bb, courtesy of 'The Doc'.

"BHC believes that with the current exploration programme, Calidus will increase its ore resources by around 80% to more than 700koz’s. This could be higher, but Calidus wants to de-risk the orebodies, so some of the current drilling will be infill, designed to lift material from the Inferred to the Indicated categories. We believe that an increase in the resource quality will lift the EV/resource oz closer to their peers resulting in a conservative, 50% valuation uplift per resource oz. We believe a near term market capitalisation of circa A$39M or A$0.043/share is easily achievable, indicating a 85% uplift from the current share price of A$0.023".

Interesting to see the share price rises of the lithium plays today, let's hope we see something similar with the cobalt plays later this summer....

Blimey , there is still some overhang from the placing, drip feeding the market, otherwise we will be well north of half a p.I am pretty sure DR will deliver on this one, he has too much skin in this.

Even on AIM near surface gold deposits do attract a higher valuation than, let's say a deposit where underground mining is eventually required. I thought the results today were more than decent, but we're probably still in the slow season, judging by the share price reaction.

Still only 10% drilled so far, so as long as the company continues to release results like this, our day should hopefully come at some point. Btw, according to some on LSE Dave is, or about to go to Togo again fwiw.

Sea,

I think the deal was very good. He got rid of the debt, set CAI up with significant cash for substantial expo and through the performance shares we'll end up with around 61% of the gold assets. If he'd done this through KRS it'll likely have been 150% dilution which would have been both gold and Togo diluted. He's done a great job getting all these tenements together into one company, an area that needs modern expo and has significant historic grades. I think Dave has played this one superbly to date, just a pity that the Togo authorities wouldn't play ball a little quicker on the Mn. But I guess that'll come in due course too. I bought initially for the Nayega licence but now I'm certainly holding for the gold development.

Regards,
Ed.

Dave was pretty confident/hopeful that there could be a million oz resource when he joins up the dots as the land had been sat on my a total idiot who did not believe in drilling as he thought this would reduce the resource (aka a nutter)....market cap £8m wonder what it will be at 30% of the subsidiary if they have a £1m oz resource of near surface gold....hey ho will wait till value wins out. Catch you later

Hopefully we will soon clear the overhangs from the recent placing and the KRS shareprice will move ahead.

Very interesting, every hole drilled to date has encountered gold mineralisation, some very good near surface Oz too. All these holes and they're just 25% into the first 10,000m of drilling. Its going to be relentless over the coming months, it'll be interesting to see at what point we trigger the first performance shares. I bet Dave is looking forward to what the modern expo over our areas gives out on these multiple outcroppings.

Regards,
Ed.

Just a question of patience Dave continues to deliver everything he has promised although maybe had to give up more of Calidus than desired.....market seems to totally ignore he may end up with a 1 million oz resource of nearly open pit gold....keep pocketing a few for the bottom draw. Market cap is very low.

We certainly need something to lift the share price, Count. I'm hoping DR is able to make really positive progress on his visit to Togo this month.

Good to see it bounce back, the results look pretty decent to me considering it is only 5% drilled so far. Just had to remind myself, but get the impression Togo/cobalt news could come any moment as it seems they're doing some on the ground work which should include an exploration target, so would hopefully give us a better idea about the potential.

Count,

Yes that's why I said the first 10,000m above, the second 10,000m of drilling starts in November according to the presentation. After completing that we'll be a lot closer to the performance shares and the PFS.

Regards,
Ed.
