I thought it a little odd that they said the funds would be received on 28th May, that being a Sunday. I imagine most Aussies would be prioritising the beach, barbie and booze then. At least I hope they would.

I have just rechecked the prospectus. The closing date for the offer is not until 1 Jun with completion of the transaction and issue of shares on 2 Jun. Trading of shares on 15 Jun.

What possessed them to put the dates they did in that post GM RNS is beyond me. Hopefully it is just Brian getting senile and all is well and we will have another RNS tomorrow confirming all is well.

Ed,

Had the funds been received as stated in the post GM RNS and the prospectus then the RNS would have said so. Clearly sufficient funds have not been raised yet and more time is needed.

It would be nice if the company complied fully with AIM rules and released an RNS giving all the relevant facts, but like so many companies at the bottom end of AIM they clearly see the rules as being open to interpretations. Shame on them.

Good to see the expected RNS regarding approval in Oz and listing "still anticipated by mid-June". The UK GM meeting RNS stated "3 June or as directed by ASX". So whether this is a delay is open to interpretation.

Ed.

I know if I were KRS management I'd prefer to increase my holdings to 22% of the company at the lowest VWAP possible before the ASX listing of the sub or Nayega. Also nothing is delayed until the completion date and that's when we'll likely see the RNS. Perhaps they'll put out another mandatory release after today's meeting with everything passed in Oz, not expecting the details of the completion until 2nd though. Interesting timing for the daily mail tip.

Regards,
Ed.

I expected an RNS this morning confirming the PNO placing proceeds had been received as expected on 28 May and that the resolutions had been passed at the PNO AGM today. There is an ASX announcement regarding the AGM but nothing on the placing proceeds. If things have gone wrong and the company is keeping quiet then they are in clear breach of AIM rule 11.

The early rise is almost certainly in response to the Daily Mail article at the weekend. An RNS with good news would accelerate that rise. However if it turns out they are sitting on bad news what is left of the reputation of this share on AIM will be destroyed. Either way I am mystified at the silence.

Looks like the placing shares are drying up, very high risk but huge potentials if things go as planned
