06/9/2009 12:58 | sold mine at 36p - in the short term, I can't see what will drive them now that the income is under 5% | ydderf
04/9/2009 16:53 | hmm, seems to be suffering a bit this one....just a retracement? | gconvery
28/8/2009 08:43 | Just trying to get my head around the underlying earnings figures. I seem to have them at a pretty high level. Anyone else have some ballpark figures to compare with. | nickcduk
28/8/2009 08:20 | seems a reasonably confident statement and they seem to be doing all the right things, I anticipate a quiet push on from here. | gconvery
28/8/2009 07:38 | NAV 75p, so still trading at 50% discount. disposals bringing LTV down to 60%, so it doesn't look like they will breach covenants. | cdswift
27/8/2009 09:50 | Seems to be a seller at 36.75, but equally keen buyer mopping them up. | martincc
27/8/2009 09:37 | MERE takeover approach, the whole sector is rising. | crawford
25/8/2009 11:06 | Nice to be on a quiet board ahead of results. | crawford
24/8/2009 09:32 | Results out this week I believe. | nickcduk
24/8/2009 09:01 | What a great start! | crawford
22/8/2009 21:54 | talk in the papers about euro being overvalued, how will a drop in the euro/£ rate affect their results and the sp? | johnv
22/8/2009 09:36 | Bought yesterday. | crawford
04/8/2009 16:08 | all properties firm recently, KEIF has some catching up to do on a comparative basis, even before considering its exceptional merits, this is one of the few reits where directors have bought substantially..... a valuation in line with the equally well financed IFD would have it at 55-60p | ydderf
20/7/2009 12:45 | No trades gone through on the order book so that is why ADVFN are quoting the price change incorrectly. That large trade should mean we have a decent floor around the current price. I guess you could start looking at KEIF and ask yourself whether it should be trading on such a large discount to its other Euro peers. Hansteen, ALPH and AXA property trust spring to mind as trading on much narrower discounts to NAV. | nickcduk
20/7/2009 12:09 | ADVFN pricing incorrect showing 19.5p middle! Actually we're 23.0p - 24.5p. That's +24%, so should be No.3 on the leaderboard!! Interesting 1.1m trade @ 23.625p... | skyship
20/7/2009 09:10 | Yet another great disposal by KEIF - another major step forward in the ongoing deleveraging & derisking process. Up 10% today; but a lot further to run. LTV Headroom was c.13% before this sale of 15% of the portfolio at just a 4% discount to the Q1'09 valuation. Headroom now sufficient to place us into secure territory at this stage of the cycle. Still at a massive 75%+ NAV discount. Nickduk says on the cp+ thread that EPS should now be in the range of 3.0p/3.5p; so plenty of room for more than 1.5p divi this year. 30p here we come.... | skyship
08/5/2009 11:44 | In commercial property : BXTN and IERE Elsewhere : RCG (broker note out today) and SFT | explorer88
08/5/2009 11:23 | Any suggestions explorer88? | flying pig
08/5/2009 11:12 | sold KEIF, better opportunities elsewhere. | explorer88
24/4/2009 14:11 | as the pound tanks, this is looking better every day, some slight reservations over the occupancy rates(88.6% in the dec report) and the hedging, however you are not the only holder...we could do with an updated fact sheet(last one sept 2008). | timanglin
19/4/2009 15:55 | you are not the only holder. They need to make a few disposals to ensure the covenants remain ok, but small lot size means that wont be a problem. Last stated NAV 109p. Bottom of the cycle NAV 75p? its way the wrong price. | bigbullman2
18/4/2009 13:11 | Is this the cheapest of the few remaining seriously run property investment trusts? Or have I missed something? If everything is as stated - the price is only going one way surely? And am I the only ADVFN holder? We should be told......... | ydderf |
