23/4/2021 17:37 | Another director purchase today. Hopefully a sign of good things to come | dunns_river_falls
15/4/2021 17:00 | Yes, none can absolutely, but there are degrees of reassurance that can be given. It depends on the country of course. | dogwalker
15/4/2021 16:54 | How can any company assure investors their installations are free from such activity? | richard xii
15/4/2021 07:56 | Great results ! But I'm sure there's an elephant in the room somewhere which management might at least have acknowledged today, viz the security situation in Mozambique. A simple statement assuring investors of the security of their asset , sitting there like Total's was, would have been appropriate I think. | dogwalker
15/4/2021 07:37 | I love the lack of interest in this company, Ilmenite is fast becoming my favourite commodity. I feel I have also done my part for the price as last week had the window frames/doors etc painted on my house. | ukgeorge
15/4/2021 07:35 | Hannam & Partners has a 540p target also expecting "targeted dividend pay out of 25% of profit after tax in FY21" Which would be nice :) | ukgeorge
15/4/2021 07:19 | "HMC production was 361,900 tonnes in Q1 2021, representing a 46% increase compared to Q1 2020 (248,100 tonnes), mainly due to the 37% increase in ore grade as WCP B is now mining in the higher grade Pilivili deposit. A 10% increase in excavated ore was also a significant factor, due to a higher contribution from WCP C, which began operating in February 2020, as well as slightly increased volumes at WCP A and WCP B. Mining utilisations are expected to rise for the remainder of the year, supporting higher excavated ore volumes. This is a principal area of management focus. Grades are expected to be maintained between 4.5-5% Total Heavy Mineral until Q4 (when grades are anticipated to drop to 3.7%), before normalising at around 4.3% in 2022." So 2021 is set to be a stellar year. | ukgeorge
15/4/2021 07:02 | Stunning update. Couldn't have asked for any more. Capacity upgrades starting to come through, plan being executed. Excellent | dunns_river_falls
15/4/2021 06:57 | Hard to find a better update. | johnrxx99
15/4/2021 06:27 | Fantastic results! | ukgeorge
10/4/2021 12:07 | Presumably any necessary security is to hand these days. Although if IS are only murdering people up near the border with Tanzania I suppose there's no current threat to Kenmare & its operations. And the Mozambique army must be available to do something as & when , even if they didn't help recently. | dogwalker
09/4/2021 15:54 | Let's see where we get too. Decent growth this year and printing cash. Brokers seem to think £5+. Wouldn't mind getting to that level and consolidating, but with the sort of earnings being mooted for the year that could easily be blown away. Certainly one you can hold and sleep easy. And directors filling their boots of late. | dunns_river_falls
09/4/2021 10:28 | Very happy to settle for slow and steady. Feels like a sustainable pace of increase rather than some rampant unrealistic climb. | andyf987
09/4/2021 10:13 | Breakout and then some! Great stuff | dunns_river_falls
08/4/2021 17:33 | Patience is being appropriately rewarded. Great prospects here. Slight concern about the COVID situation in Africa which I understand is pretty bad still. Kenmare seems to be on top of this with their workforce though And hopefully continued vaccine rollout will exponentially reduce this risk. | andyf987
08/4/2021 17:04 | closing on fresh highs how very nice :) | ukgeorge
07/4/2021 10:57 | Davy upgrading forecasts today. It sees 2021 FOB revenue of $352m, 22% above its previous forecast, and EBITDA of $174m, 26% above the old numbers. Davy note that Kenmare is trading on only 3.7x EV/EBITDA on its numbers. | pdosullivan
07/4/2021 09:01 | BERENBERG RAISES KENMARE RESOURCES PRICE TARGET TO 510 (460) PENCE - 'BUY' | libertine
29/3/2021 08:37 | Looks like the start of the next up leg is underway, roll on £5 a share | ukgeorge
27/3/2021 09:55 | Looks like management and directors have added £200,000 worth of shares to their holdings too. | pdosullivan
26/3/2021 16:40 | Do we now have ignition, & the count-down started for lift-off from the pad at 415p, by month-end? That'd make it 6th time lucky if it happens. | dogwalker
26/3/2021 16:40 | 418p, and more than single digit shares at least. | spectoacc
26/3/2021 16:31 | It'll be interesting to see what the UT trade is today, if there is one. | dogwalker
26/3/2021 10:02 | decided to add 1,000 shares, had previously been selling down but decided there aren't many companies in a better position. | ukgeorge |
