First trade Monday morning wasn't until 9am. Just sayin'. Unless your sell got reported elsewhere?

Not at all Specto, I Scheduled my sale on Sunday evening.

Rather shrewdly timed it seems.

I didn't hold much... wasn't worth my while, watching and manually trading

Berendberg maintained 360p target. Perhaps I can sell them mine at that price?

Yes, nice to see, at last. I too have had them for a long time, and I am well out of pocket.

I can't remember whenI first bought these - at least 15 years ago anyway - so very welcome news in these results and a promising outlook. 2.66c interim divi implies 7.98c for the year, or about 6.5p, so at last night's close a yield of 2.6pc.

Happy to have held. What price did you sell at yesterday, @Plat Punter?

"Statement from Michael Carvill, Managing Director:

"I'm proud to declare our maiden dividend of USc2.66 per share,
following the announcement of our dividend policy in 2018. Now is the
appropriate time to begin making shareholder returns due to our balance
sheet strength, improving free cash flow profile and long-life
resources.

Operationally, we continue to deliver robust results. Excavated ore
volumes in H1 2019 set a new record and we are on track to achieve our
full year guidance on all stated metrics. We also expect strong shipping
volumes in the second half of the year, which, combined with positive
pricing dynamics, are expected to boost revenues and profitability. We
have already seen ilmenite price increases in Q3 2019 and markets are
expected to remain tight, with positive long-term fundamentals. "

Well done you for having the balls to tell everyone you are going to sell on next business day. Not many would think about doing that.

Nah not yet, I'm expecting results to be underwhelming to be honest.. Seems part of the course atm that all miners are digging up less in low price environments.

I don't follow here enough to make an educated guess one way or another, so have to stick to my own rules on this one and it just happens to be time to sell on that basis

H1 results Tue, not tempted to stick around? Still very cheap IMO but has certainly had a good run vs the market.

Well it turned out I called it right, one of only a few at the moment but I'm out of here first thing Monday. I'll watch and wait for a while, to see where it settles again.

Almost 40% of today’s volume, and comprising the last 3 trades, done at 230p. High for the day. I would say that suggests buyers are out there.

Agree on BoI systems - so far behind it is embarrassing for even their branch staff to have to explain.

Jeepers. BOI has the worst IT of all of the Irish Banks, is drowning in €2000/day 'management consultants' and is being led by a Moron who cleared out experienced bankers to install other Moron's and incredibly believes in gender quotas rather than ability. Good luck with that. BOI is a bargain for a reason. Must be the only Irish bank without Android Pay or Apple Pay.

There won’t be a share back any time in next 3 years, easy!

There won't be a rights issue because one of the options on the table is a share buy back. The two prospects are mutually exclusive.

Not often Buckler is on the money over there, but with this post, he is bang on the money.

RE: £2.20 Previous supportMon 19:59
Consolidating here. Technically looks good. I can see a small pull-back if the results are off due to H1 shipping. After that, should knock it out. Volume looks like someone trying to accumulate without ringing alarm bells. Especially given how the rest of the market was today.

There won’t be a rights Issue as:
1. Any cash needed isn’t a large amount;
2. Oman and M&G hold 50% and don’t need more.
So, if they were to do a placement in due course, my view is this would be really well received by the market. But the placement isn’t needed to execute the planned Capex projects - yet what a way to eliminate uncertainty...

Any sign of that rights issue with new broker onboard ?
