But do bear in mind, old chap, that there could be an additional $15m EBITDA over that $50m round number I postulated.

There is not a snowball’s chance that net debt will be near nil. Have you lost the plot man !! They have been finding reasons to spend spend spend and mask the true generation ability of free cash flow since immediately after the refinancing. This thing is going to be seriously bullet proofed by the end of this year !!!

Majedie will stick at 6% I reckon. Capital already there. M&G maybe sell down to 20%, but not below (unless the star turn Tom D is moved on, in which case maybe a big ouch moment). SGRF being the newest, may stick for longer. Still I am very keen to see who solid the 2-odd million in recent days

Now that the footie isn’t coming home, I am wondering how, yet again, they are going to report good progress with a negative spin tomoro or friday. This is getting very damned tiring and dull.

Starting to look like amateur hour at Majedie, like Foord previously. Being convicted and then buckling at 12 month S/R doesn't make for success, nor for a fund I'd put my money in. Buy high, sell low? Stick to herding sheep. Someone is sweating the pigs.

That seems to suggest that Majedie like Foord before are a weak hand.

Yes they are - has been a false market for the best part of 2 years, ie since the refinancing. Lonmin was another similar example

Everything not as it seems. I took about 370 shares at 213p all day today while 1.3m went at 215p Friday. Large blocks are likely arranged trades at prices well above the posted market price. If these were net sellers I'd have no problem buying 1k shares at bid and 1m shares wouldn't be swallowed without a blip on LSE. This is where Skid1 and equally well informed minions haven't managed to coalesce their view of the market into a plausible theory other than conjecture and scaremongering. Someone is swallowing a large volume of shares here at a very attractive price.

Another 1.2m or so today and held pretty well. Looking like a level of distribution before it moves off. I see some of the usual suspects on LSE are trying to replay their fake news narrative without much impact. They've demonstrated time and time again they are considerably less informed than the big guns who are playing against them. H1 report this week; EBITDA should be readily estimated.

Sets 132k, total 761k, 631k of those 'R' trades suggesting that there is off market horse trading going on, but someone is taking them all up*. However, a lot of 'A' buying on market suggesting someone decided the price is right. I'm in there. Only problem I have now is that we could have an aggressor building a stake but at some point they are going to have to show their hand in order to be compliant.

Decent volume - decent number of trades all day rather than a couple of large lumps. Maybe something stirring at last

Q2 & H1 2017 Production Report was 12/July in 2017 so, rough expectation. Half year financials were 22/August in 2017 so again, rough expectation. What'll be more interesting than the production numbers which are guided to be marginally lower, is the volumes shipped.

Interesting situation at KMR - the major holders are seemingly having to sell down in order to allow others to buy the stock to create a more active market in order to allow the share price to reflect fair value. Little wonder the critics are confused by current goings on.

Hey cap. Is the OE appointed to oversee the 100MW RFP or appointed in a more general capacity? I thought it was the latter.
