Actually I have had enough of this prat. He BS endlessly about Tlou Energy, defended it beyond any modicum of reasonable intelligence. Then popped over to attack Kenmare when it has real business, people, revenues and a place in the world order for the supply chain of TiO2. This guy is scum. If there is a way to get him shut up, kicked off boards - do it. Since he unfortunately came into my life, he has called everything just about wrong. A complete and utter nuisance. Thank the lord he has finally stopped posting 3-10 posts per day on either company talking drivel. Funny how a RI does that to pumpers and dumpers.

Who are 'we' talking about chaps? Who is this 'he' who posts misleading stuff? I try to follow this thread but 'we' seem to drift off net in lengthy rant-type style....about shady characters on other boards, or something.

Are we almost there yet ... I see a GDPR issue in your future ... Whilst you haven't disclosed any PI about the WIAF poster, I sense if you keep labouring how stupid his posts are, that eventually other people will begin to identify him on foot of the degree of stupidity (connected with the TLOU board) and so you could inadvertently make a GDPR related disclosure as to the stupidity of an identifiable individual.

His problem is he thinks all I do is post fake news re TOU, hence he pops over here to return the favour. If you read his posts, he often grandstands saying he is always correcting me or my posts. Can you imagine how the poor old duck is feeling these past few days with realisation that my TOU posts have substance and his thinking /research etc is all askew now. Double up that KMR will soon be coming good - and me oh my, the poor lad will be all discombobulated. Serves him right - he apparently tried reporting me to FCA and Interpol. Can you believe the stupidity of the moron.

What I really don't get, is the information is out there. If you can't use Google or Bing or DuckDuckGo to effectively research something you have no business investing and no business advising or challenging anyone else. All of the fake news items posted by the clown come up in search results right beside the real news.

And ... if you think the absolute number of shares in issue doesn't matter, because Shares X Price = MC, then you are more of a fool. These things have huge impact on investor perceptions and anything that affects investor perception is very relevant no matter how rational or irrational it may be.

When KMR first started to develop in Moz they had 44m shares in issue - I know coz I owned a good chunk of them. By the time they had developed the mine 10 years later (and just pre-crash in 2015), they had spent $1.2billion to build the plant. With 2.78 billion shares in issue, this being after the second plant expansion to take capacity up to 1.2m tonnnes. And they are still working to get production optimised at that level consistently. Now Windbag likes to compare this with a pre-revenue company where there is no gas economy yet for them to sell their product. At least KMR built and delivered into a globally mature market, rather than having to build and develop the market in Moz at same time. 400m shares already in issue and no Offtake and no Capex spent on anything substantial they can use going forward. But then their stated strategy is to start small and build incrementally. Good luck with that; come back in 10 years time when maybe they might have a proper business. And maybe not. Pays your money, takes your chance. At least with KMR we have the benefit of hindsight to pick apart their apparent mistakes. Still $250+m revenue for 2018; EBITDA $120m give or take; 109m shares in issue - and our Friend endeavours to scare monger with concerns over tribal unrest. Who does it say most about ...

The number of KMR shares in issue prior to the re-capitalisation was 2780m. Once again you show you're incapable of researching anything properly. You're quite good at making stuff up. Keep at it if it amuses you but all you're achieving here is making yourself look more of a fool than you are already believed to be.

Just to add a point to the constant silly focus on “how many shares does Company x have in issue” - not that it should be the determination of an investment but let’s look at Kenmare post consolidation. 200-1 consolidation. 109m x 200 = 21,800,000,000. Wow, that’s even more than the dog UKOG lol.

Well said Contango - if you can forget the history, it is a very compelling investment proposition now !!!

Yup. Not fashionable to say so but I’m still accumulating. Sub 2.40 looks good. Difficult to see it dropping much below the ’16 OO price. Hoping success of on-going capex projects will help overcome past credibility issues and add value. Remains one for the long run.

AEX has a stupid amount of shares in issue. Makes it seem like a bargain to AIM fools, much like TLOU, with countless posters pumping it for all of the wrong reasons. If they consolidated, the price would probably tank post-consolidation. They are/were both likely to damage shareholders before any significant progress is made. A bit like the "we're not going to need to raise any funds" followed swiftly by "we're going to need to raise some funds". JAY.L just completed part A of that exercise.

AEX is a gas play in Tanzania - right ? Was it pumped and primed as the next amazing thing. How many shares in issue there?
