Not sure. AIM exists almost exclusively for the purposes of taking money from idiots. This has been a rinse and repeat business for decades. Like all casinos, they have to allow winners from time to time just to assure people that winners are possible. Even the likes of Gilby has to be a patsy before he goes out to grass just to give the masses the appearance of respectability; the price you pay for prior successes and a decent pension. The industry in the mean time is taking the other side of your bet, because they know more than you do. They don't need to short against you; all they need to do is hold all longs margin positions un-hedged and then make the inevitable happen. Stacked deck. Bad news is coming. gov.bw will be looking for something significantly different the next time they publish paper and my guess that is going to make life a challenge for any of the original bidders. As to KMR, there are a handful playing it for what it is, not what is hoped. We get what happened and that's exactly how we played it on all fronts. Read the above two paragraphs again very carefully because they are VERY IMPORTANT for people who don't know what they are doing. TLOU 329m shares in issue for an MC of £29m. You go to the 'fundamentals' page on LSE and you don't get much better than 404 Page Not Found. I wouldn't be holding TLOU at 6.5p if there is a 4p or 3p opportunity around the corner and even then, NOTHING is guaranteed. This is 100% punt.

It must be a KMR thing lol. Just because KMR almost went under and creamed it’s investor base with total wipeout whilst the BODs noses were still in the trough doesn’t mean that everyone else does. Looks like the market doesn’t believe this one?

"we are in for a period of range bound trading with previous support forming current resistance" WTF are these guys drinking; straight out of the TA handbook for dummies. Likelyhood is that the offer price will be punched and unless there is any sort of news in the next few months TLOU will be kissing 3p after raising funds close to 6p. That's what happens when you raise money and don't get results.

Every dog in the street apart from the clowns on the TLOU message boards know that TLOU is a bag of spanners. Over marketed, over pumped by clueless cretins on message boards, no performance, now diluted. No company director will have the remotest interest in pursuing message board posters for their opinions on companies. Nor would any legal firm ... they know from the get-go how asinine the prospect is, apart from the clear lack of any cost/benefit coming from the outrageous costs that would apply. Losers game from the start. Oh, and climb over GDPR. Not a chance. There's only one person it seems, who can't see that. "seven years" ... what did I say ... Grow the f--k up. Are you 12? When gov.bw publish their next tender it will be tilted towards majors, not some back-country screw-ups who have far less than 50% chance of pulling anything off. TLOU's latest fundraiser is probably to ensure the directors have something to retire on. If they had any credibility they wouldn't have difficulty raising funds using more conventional means.

Oh my, he is blathering again about FCA, Office of the President and Interpol dropping in to say hello sometime. I wonder how that conversation will go - Dear Sir, we note you have been posting rather a lot about an AIM listed company and saying some rather negative sounding things about it. Yes Mr Man, that is 100% correct and guess what, it would appear that I was and am right. Please take a look at the many things the company said and let’s see where they are now. HTG you cannot make up the sh1te this dude posts !! Endless verbal diarrhoea all day, every day. He really should take a reality check on what it is he is defending since I think he hasn’t realised life has moved on ....

Murray after two years you become open to options. Fingers on the flush button, he’s floated for so long but unfortunately for him others in a more legal capacity are swooping in.

Hard to see what this very childish spat has to do with KMR really. What's clearly apparent is that you are no better than he is. So, instead of going on about it all the time, grow the f--k up and grow some b--ls while you're at it.

Due respect, but, what the troll has been reading doesn't have much relevance since he's already demonstrated he's looking in all of the wrong places for the information he needs.

Hmm, not what I have been reading - “NGOs urge restriction proposal on titanium dioxide consumer articles Member states to discuss carcinogen classification on 13 June A group of NGOs has called on EU member states to propose a restriction on the use of titanium dioxide in consumer articles, based on REACH article 68(2).” Https://chemicalwatch.com/67520/ngos-urge-restriction-proposal-on-titanium-dioxide-consumer-articles

CARC 2 (NOT) EU-Commission lifts the veil on the classification of titanium dioxide Prior to the next meeting of the CARACAL-expert group on 12 June 2018, the European commission has put together a draft proposal for a classification of titanium dioxide under the EU-CLP-Regulation. According to this draft, the classification would be limited to titanium dioxide in powder form, therefore liquid paints and coatings would be exempted. The concrete proposals suggests a classification of titanium dioxide as "suspected carcinogene" (Category 2) by inhalation but limits the classification via a note to substances and mixtures "placed on the market in powder form containing 1% or more of particles with diameter ≤ 10 µm containing titanium dioxide."If the mixture is not classified as a carcinogen, the precautionary statement P260 (“Do not breathe dust.”) shall apply. The proposal itself raises many regulatory and practical questions. However, the major question remains whether a classification makes sense or not. The Commission itself reveils that it has not yet identified a benefit of a classification, i.e. anyone who may face a risk when dealing with titanium dioxide. Instead the Commission now recognises that in a worker environment occupational dust limits effectively protect workers. Therefore, the Commission announced to further consult with OSH experts. What is clear to them now is that consumers don´t face any risk given the very high levels of exposure that would be required, which are unrealistic under normal and foreseeable conditions. The paint and coatings industry will continue to question the benefits of a classification since there are already strict occupational dust limits in place in nearly all Member States and there would be significant negative consequences for economy and consumers.

The US embassy in Mozambique said on Friday it had "information pointing to the likelihood of imminent attacks" in the country's north, which has recently been rocked by attacks blamed on jihadists. "We strongly advise American citizens in the district headquarters of Palma to consider departing the area immediately," said an advisory posted on the embassy's website. Why are you posting about a company where you are not invested. Why care. Everybody reading - this poster is Tidd83 on LSE. He is quite famous on LSE for ring a chief promoter of a stock over there. Easy to find him - just click his name there. This time last year he was saying it was Blue Sky Ahead and this year they just issued a rights issue for second time in 6 months having previously announced the company was funded to late 2018. He doesn’t like being challenged for sure. Be careful - his portfolio and credibility took a huge hit this week !!
